Baby160P · 20/07/2018 16:10

@Alicejj8x that's one thing different lol xx

NotAsGreenAsCabbageLooking · 20/07/2018 16:23

@ThisMeansNothing lovely scan pic, but all your data is on there... name, DOB, etc.

I’m getting paranoid about mine again now, got my dating scan a week on Wednesday... it’s going to take forever!!

Alicejj8x · 20/07/2018 16:25

@Baby160P hahah oh we was on a roll then too😂😂

thismeansnothing · 20/07/2018 16:29

Cheers @notasgreenascabbagelooking my phone camera is naff so when I view it on my phone it has it all cropped off. I've reported it and asked them to remove it.
But no excuse for people not to say happy birthday now 🤣

Eyedontknow · 20/07/2018 18:21

This conversation moves so fast!
@Susannach I'm 12 weeks and still no sign of letting up. Threw up 3 times today and generally just sick feeling 😡. I've switched to a pregnancy vitamin instead of just folic acid and I think that's been making me feel sicker though.

Koalatom1 · 20/07/2018 18:25

I feel my sickness is easing up. Can brush my teeth without feeling like vomiting...

sickmumma · 20/07/2018 19:04

Yes, we have already told my three that we are expecting - they were wondering why I was so sick and if I don't feel upto things it makes it much easier, my eldest is 8 and has been really helping me out just grabbing bits for me etc and youngest is 4 so she's pretty good at sorting herself out too but i definitely feel guilty that we've had some lazy days and I am hoping I'll be able to get out and about a bit more in the holidays with them! They have all been really well behaved to be fair, and little one especially is super excited about the new arrival (I have a pregnancy app and she gets great delight in seeing what the baby is as big as each week - currently a gummy bear!)

Baby160P · 20/07/2018 19:22

Argggggg itchy nipples 8+5

Who's suffering at this stage and what have you done?!

hayleyfx · 20/07/2018 19:23

@Wames90 so many scans coming up, good luck with yours! & thank you I felt slightly better today, I’ve actually managed to eat quite a bit of veg and lentil soup. I hope yours eases for you soon too!

All the scan photos are lovely. Good luck to everyone with scans coming up, mine is on Tuesday and I’m so nervous 😬

clairehr · 20/07/2018 20:28

@Baby160p Mine aren't itchy, but they are extremely dry. I'm using Lanolin ointment. It's normally used by mummies who are breastfeeding so it's totally safe and is definitely helping!

clairehr · 20/07/2018 20:30

@MrsY87 Sorry you're feeling so rough, I can't imagine how tough it is with even more heightened hormones! I was struggling to get drinks in me, but have found cold drinks (either with ice in, or that have been sat in the fridge for a while) have gone down much easier than anything else.

loumsc · 20/07/2018 20:35

My scan is on Monday!! EDD 1st Feb. So excited!! I feel like it's hard to hide the pregnancy now as my tummy has definitely protruded a bit.. which makes me wonder could it be twins(they run in my family)

Yakadee · 20/07/2018 20:43

@loumsc - mine is on Monday too - I can't wait! I am also showing so glad the scan is soon as not sure I can hide it for much longer! My sister is convinced I'm having twins, suppose we'll know soon enough x

Baby160P · 20/07/2018 20:45

Thanks @clairehr I'll order some xx

powkin · 20/07/2018 20:45

Booking appointment today, went pretty well. Will be seeing the obstetrician at my next appointment and have a specialist midwife due to ongoing health issues which is great. Feel really supported and reassured by the Homerton team. Also the guy that takes blood is so adorable and brilliant! Best blood samples I’ve ever had done, super quick and painless!

Baby160P · 20/07/2018 20:45

Are most people start of Feb with all these scans? 😬 I'm 25th so a few weeks yet!!!

Cheery1 · 20/07/2018 21:53

@powkin - ah go Homerton! I felt massively reassured at the booking in too. Glad it went well.

Celebelly · 20/07/2018 21:58

My scan is Monday. I'll only be 11+2 so hopefully they can see what they need! I'm so excited!

powkin · 20/07/2018 22:45

@Baby160P mine is 20th August! It’s our wedding anniversary so hoping it is good news.

Baby160P · 20/07/2018 23:12

@powkin sorry I meant my due date is 25th Feb. My attempt to watch love island and write a message didn't multitask well.

Our scan is 14th August so not far from yours!!!

twiglet · 20/07/2018 23:22

@mrsy87 I've found elderflower cordial with from the fridge sparkling water to help a lot which is ironic as I never used to like elderflower.....

powkin · 20/07/2018 23:36

@Baby160P yes I got what you meant! As I’m the 25th too (didn’t mention that!) I was saying my scan is ages away! Clearly both far too tired!

This evening I’m enormously bloated and loads of weird pains which I think are gas. Another sexy Friday night........ not.
