Just catching up on messages this week. Sorry I've been absent - first week on my own with the two kids and it's been full on and completely knackering!

@Mummyloves09 congratulations on getting Amayah home thats wonderful news - she is gorgeous by the way x

@hoopdeloop Congratulations. Hope you and little one are doing well?

@Watchingmasterchef Congratulations!

@jadeward89 Hows things going now? Sounds like your big boys and hubby are being amazing and a big help. Hope the medication is helping xx

@Cookie1831 Congratulations on baby Dillon - hope you are both doing well x

@Alice0606 Congratulations too. Lots of babies arriving this week! Hope things feel better soon and breastfeeding gets easier - it is always tough at the beginning and it definitely gets better and easier.

@Shutupanddance1 Congratulations too. My DS2 is more refluxy than DS1. He keeps puking all over me too!! Washing machine has been on almost constantly!

HoneyBee03 · 24/06/2018 18:55

@Lali1 I'm still waiting too, due Thursday! An arrival anytime this week would be lovely.

Lali1 · 24/06/2018 20:49

That's exciting @Flyingfruit and @HoneyBee03, possibly 3 more babies next week! Good luck for easy delivery to all of us 😊!

HoneyBee03 · 25/06/2018 10:58

Yes good luck to us! Hoping that our June babies don't become July babies! Although @Flyingfruit if you're already past the 41 week mark your little one should definitely be making an appearance very soon :)

Flyingfruit · 25/06/2018 13:58

Fingers crossed @HoneyBee03 although last possible day of eviction is next Sunday so could still be a July baby!
Really hope it’s in the next couple of days though.
Hope everyone’s doing ok.

Northernbeachbum · 25/06/2018 18:42

Time definitely seems to drag before the baby arrives but they will be here in no time at all and it will be so so worth it Smile

Hows everyone getting on with post partum bleeding? Mine seems so stop start, goes from nothing to very heavy and back almost daily

Heregoeseverything · 25/06/2018 20:15

@Lali1 I'm still hanging in there also, there will be an eviction early next week if tenant still in situ...

Massive congratulations to everyone on all the arrivals!

RockinRobinTweets · 25/06/2018 21:05

Northern I think it’s stopped, yay! For a good while it was very stop start though, mostly just increasing when I’d been for a walk.

I did the morning school run today, made it out the house on time so tomorrow is a bit less daunting

jadeward89 · 25/06/2018 21:32

@Sparklesandbubbles I’m doing a bit better now, early days though but I’m getting a bit more sleep which is helping (Indi sleeps quite well so I’m so grateful). Big 3 are being amazing, though our older daughter is desperate to pick her up on her own so I’m wary about leaving them alone in the same room 😕
@Northernbeachbum it’s mostly stopped with me (week 3 here) but the odd occasion where it starts briefly again. I’ve been getting stomach cramps though so wondering if my body is about to bring me My first after baby period.
Good luck to all still waiting for their babies hope they arrive soon 😊

SparklesandBubbles · 25/06/2018 23:32

@Northernbeachbum mine seems to have pretty much stopped now but I'm almost 4 week's post partum. It tended to start up again when I did too much.

@RockinRobinTweets well done for doing the school run. Its definitely a win when you make it to something on time!!

@jadeward89 glad you are feeling a bit better. x

Good luck to everyone still awaiting babies. Won't be too much longer Thanks

Northernbeachbum · 26/06/2018 03:02

Does sound like maybe im over doing it then as im 3 weeks post partum and it still has heavy days. Although there was a gap so this could be period returning maybe
.....i have no idea

HoneyBee03 · 26/06/2018 08:42

It's handy being due at the end of the month, we can read updates from the ladies with newborns for some idea of what's to come :) sounds like you're all doing incredibly well!

@Heregoeseverything I thought there must be a few more June babies yet to arrive!

I'm wondering if my baby is trying to make an appearance. I spent the night with indigestion/trapped wind type pains with a rock hard bump. Moving around was really tough and now my belly aches. I think I've finally dropped too, and I just have a feeling that something has changed. Seeing my midwife tomorrow morning so perhaps she can enlighten me.

Lali1 · 26/06/2018 09:12

@HoneyBee03 my night was awful too...hard rock bump, which becomes painful in any position than siting or my back...I slept from 2 to 5 and a little from 6.30 to 8...
I have induction scheduled tomorrow, so just one more day and night...

I also apreciate so much all the insight from ladies here already having babies Flowers...it's our first and all our friends' children are over 5 yo...not much fresh info otherwise.

ClareB83 · 26/06/2018 09:16

@Northernbeachbum mine took about a month to totally stop. There were days with nothing before it would start again. Although it never went back to the really heavy bleeding of the first couple of days.

Got my period at just 7 weeks post partum which I just think is rude. Doesn't my body deserve a little break?

Northernbeachbum · 26/06/2018 13:53

Its pretty much stopped again today. So confusing but had period pains as i remember them before so maybe its just that. Gp said it could be when i saw them today. Thanks for everyones advice and experiences it helps.

Going to take DS to the local pool in his baby wetsuit this weekend coming i think.

Any more signs of babies arrival @lali1 and @honeybee03?

Lali1 · 26/06/2018 14:59

My bump is almost all the time contracted so really unconfortable (very much stretched if makes sense)...but no cramps as I read should be; and bit of headache from lack of sleep.
I guess something is starting...I keep monitoring :).

HoneyBee03 · 26/06/2018 15:05

Same here, loads of Braxton hicks with a hard bump constantly at times. Occasionally though it has made me stop for a moment as it hurts and I have to wait for it to pass. Fingers crossed something is actually starting!

ClareB83 · 27/06/2018 01:51

@Northernbeachbum what sort of wetsuit have you gone for? Thinking of taking the boys soon but only have swim nappies so far.

OP posts:
Northernbeachbum · 27/06/2018 04:43

Hopefully we will have birth arrival notifications soon @lali1 and @honeybee03 Smile

@clareb83 weve gone for the close pop in cosy suit as they are fleece lined and look the warmest. Theyre on sale on their website too at the moment. Theyve got a good second hand market too

RockinRobinTweets · 27/06/2018 10:58

Does anyone have a noisy baby at nighttime? I’m really hoping she quietens down soon as she wakes me up When she’s actually asleep. I think if she was in a separate room that she’d actually only wake me up once for a feed!

Northernbeachbum · 27/06/2018 15:23

Incredibly noisy @rockinrobintweets. Whimpers in his sleep, mumbles away, snores a bit.....its like having a zoo animal Grin

Watchingmasterchef · 27/06/2018 15:59

Hi everyone
Hope everyone is coping with babies and heatwave! Been bleeding a lot after it had virtually stopped , baby born last Monday . Midwife said it was because I was doing too much so sat on my arse all day yesterday (sort of ) and much better . Then did a load of cooking this morning , much worse again .

ClareB83 · 27/06/2018 16:35

I think they'll stop being so noisy after a few weeks.

Northernbeachbum · 27/06/2018 17:39

Im finding ds is staying awake too long, then becoming overtired. I know we have a walk in the sling or pram, or he goes in thr car he will sleep. Do you just do whatever is needed to get them ro sleep? Obviously not feasible all night.
