Due at New Year....anyone else?!

Have just found out that I am pregnant. Blimey! A bit nervous/scared! DH says scared is too strong a word. Might be from his side of things but I think that I'm scared!
Due 31st Dec or 1st Jan, can't quite work out whether cycle is 29 or 30 days.
First time, so not too sure what to expect!
Anyone else due at new year?

Birdseed - turn up early to early scan unit. If they've said you can do it then do it. (Nausea is a good symptom tho!) I'm staying away from your dodgy fajita mix.

Lisa111 congrats! Go to the docs and see what they say. Do you have all ds at the moment? I know its very early days but I'm sure this is a dd because I feel just the same as I did with my dd. Eating sweet things though.

But would really like a ds. Partly stems from dh saying that he would a long time back...and joking that he would drown a girl.....don't worry really was only joking!...but doesn't make me enthusiastic about the idea. He went to all boys school and had no sisters, so doesn't think that he would know how to deal with girl!

Housemum, it's great you been able to see the baby already. It doesn't feel real to me and probably won't until I see it! I'm really excited for you. I couldn't keep quiet about it with all of the baby talk and thought that as I didn't know anyone in real life it would be okay to tell you lot in the group, you did well keeping quiet. Do you feel well enough to take DD to castings, I can't be bothered and keep hoping my phone won't ring!

have just been web browsing, lying on my sofa...
...and have found out that there is a baby show at Earls court at end of October.
Fingers crossed that all of our pregnancies go smoothly and that we can go and browse then! (If live close enough to london, I know!)

i have 3ds 18, 15.6, and 9months. I plan to go to doc's early June, that will put me around 8weeks.

Hi ladies may I join you please? I have found out my EDD is 14th Jan. Im expecting my 5th baby and it was no way planned but very wanted. I feel pretty nauseus and my boobs feel like they are going to expode! skibump how ols is your toddler? I have a ds of 3 and hes a real live wire.
Ohgod if you are you are my ds4 is just 6 months so it will be about 15 months between him and this one.
Ive been to the baby show before birdseed and its brill plus you get loads of freebies. I didnt have to buy washing powder for about a month which was a blessing realy.
Well better get some dinner ready hope to catch up soon.

Goingfor3 - DD had 3 jobs for Woollies last week - we did Tuesday afternoon and were called back for Wednesday morning. Friday's was for 3pm and I was actually relieved when they phoned to cancel as they should have booked a boy! Not sure how I'd feel for just a casting - I keep hoping the phone won't ring for a while! We normally take CBeebies magazines on the train but I didn't take any reading material as I knew it would make me feel worse, so bought a load of stickers that she could just stick in a notebook by herself!

Hi, went to GP this morning and he sent me to A&E as he thought it might be an ectopic. Had to wait 5 and a half hours to see doc at hospital but she thinks probably not ectopic. Have had bloods taken and have to have them done again in 48 hours to see if HCG levels are rising then having scan on Monday morning. No more bleeding or pain so fingers crossed. Will let you know..

Took a test today and its a BFP, I think i'm due 11th jan but not too sure about the last few cycles. going to make an appointment at the doctors from tommorrow (Hopefully Weds sometime)

Have had 2 mc's in the past 2 years so am really scared. Already posted on the pregnancy boards about the pets and how to look after them (DH throws up everytime he tries to clean up after them) Also booked to go Alton towers on 28th June for my birthday.(which i'm going to have to try and find a way out of, without letting the family know i'm preg)

Like u I have been lucky to get early scans in due to fertility issues. Was meant to see conultant this thursday but if scan all ok I can cancel it

lisa111 i really easy either way as long as it's ok as i have one of each, although a ds would find i8t easirer to fit in i think as dd would seriously have her nose pushed out of joint as she does think she rules this house!

The sickness not too bad today as long as i keep eating But the exhaustion is making work very difficult. I am so tired i keep getting tyerrible headaches in the afternoon.

Lilyloo -= too true mate about the keep eating. I am wanting a naughty packet of crisps but we dont have any here (not ever) and ds asleep and dp out so cant even nip to the corner shop. He wont be home till later either.... Must eat choc instead

lol Awen i really need to muster up the energy to go shopping. There is nothing in even ds said 'why do we have no food'!But was watching Corrie and they have choccie ad's in between. Was trying to resist. Said to dp we need bread and milk for tom and as he was going out of the door just casually asked him to get me some choc too! i have just munched my way through a galaxy caramel and ate it so quick now feel nauseous i blame corrie

I am now making a waffle and ham sandwich 2nd one of the day. Appetite kicking in a bit.

THen having a nice relaxing bath. I cheated and ordered my shop - being del tomorrow

Lisa11 Im hoping for a dd as I have 4 ds's. Well 6 if you include my dh's two boys too. I have 2 older boys that live in Scotland with their Dad. Theyve been there since Jan. Lived with me till then and I have two ds's from my dh who are 3 and 6 months. So a pink one would be nice please?
Keep flicking through the thread to try to get to know everyone but its quite hard.

I have been feeling sickly since last thursday. Not actually been sick yet though. Feeling really hungry too, but cant eat. bleurgh.
