I’ve had the tiniest bit of brown mixed in with stringy/ sticky CM today. It’s so tiny not even a pin head amount. I’m 9 + 3 now, has anyone else had this?

@Flyingfruit Ive been having this for about two weeks on and off. It's hardly anything but ya know, I'd rather it not be there at all. Is there anything else like cramps? A tech from the EPU said that it could be from the placenta forming and whatnot so I'm trying to hold onto that still

Nope no cramps at all. And google, which normally likes to diagnose me as dying, seems to think it’s quite normal so fingers crossed!

Ah Google deaths! Keep an eye on it. I think the thing is that you hear it's normal and can happen frequently but (at least for me) you don't really expect it to happen to you

Still having red/brown spotting but now visible on knickers too, not just when i wipe :/ passed brown clots yesterday so rung maternity who have referred me to EPAU for a scan in the next few days. I'm 11 weeks. I'm worried :( i don't have a 12 week scan through anyway as only had booking at 10+5 ! Feeling stressed as I work in healthcare and I think I will have to tell my manager about the current situation tomorrow

I don't know when it will be - they just said I should get a phone call tomorrow and a scan in a few days. I haven't had any pain so taking that as a good sign.

Hi all, I have my 12 week scan tomorrow morning and I’m feeling nervous!

Those who have already had 12 week scans, did you need a full bladder? There’s no mention of it on the letter from the hospital but I remember it from last time. Although they sent me out for a wee a few minutes into the scan with dc1 😄.

Good luck for tomorrow Elizabethlemon I needed full bladder but they had me go for a pee after a while to try move baby (was upside down) and the picture was still very clear!

@thumbelina03 yep those are the 2 things going around my head too! Also I know I will have to have a transvaginal scan too which I’m not looking forward to.

All being well we will most likely tell dc1 (6yo) tomorrow. Has anyone else told their older dc yet?

So my pregnancy is not continuing sadly. A sac but no foetus. Have another scan tomo but I'm out. Good luck with your pregnancies x
