Congrats to the newbies and good to hear there have been some successful scans already!

So still nauseous but it's more manageable and I just carry a bowl around with me everywhere 🤢😷 worse is the constant 'heartburn' which makes me feel like I constantly have something in my throat... still off food but have actually eaten better this past couple of days (still can't cook anything, just microwave stuff and biscuits and fruit, not very nutritious!). I can't enter my kitchen without gagging so the poor DH is using his limited cooking skills and time to fend for himself, bless him. I hope I don't have these symptoms all the way through! 7 weeks now by my calculations, so long to go!

punkpuffin · 20/02/2017 21:41

I love the list! It's so long now! I can't wait to get my due date but I'll have to wait until my 12 week scan (which should be in the next 3 weeks)!

Hello to all the newbies Smile

Hi everyone!

Got my BFP last Thursday! Online due date calculators are predicting 28th October.

This will be my second child, I have a 6 year old daughter who is going to be over the moon with the news, hanging on until the 12 week scan before we tell her though.

How is everyone feeling? I am feeling bloated already and had two people at work comment on my skin this week Blush

DebsOctBaby · 21/02/2017 19:35

Welcome, we have the same DD :-) jump over to the other thread and join us all, this thread is full x

Daydreamer88 · 22/02/2017 21:23

Hi everyone,

Hope it's ok to join! Found out last week that I'm expecting and new to mumsnet (may need help with some of the acronyms!). I'm 5+5 with my first, which I think puts my due date at around 20th Oct. Am a real mix of nerves and excitement at the moment!

X

Clare2017 · 23/02/2017 20:48

Hi, just jumping on the thread.

Due date is around 21st October & this is my first. Still in shock, to be honest.

Congrats to everyone & looking forward to hopefully learning lots with you all.

ButterflyGem · 15/04/2017 10:40

Hi all
I'm due 8th October had 12 week scan & all ok will be 15 weeks on Sunday, can't stop worrying tho due to missed m/c in April last year. & symptoms seem to be less the last few weeks although I think I have a little bump forming. Anyone else? xx

Corrinax · 15/04/2017 13:28

@butterfly

Im the same as you i had a mmc last aug and now due 11th oct, 12 week scan was fine but i havnt had any symptoms this whole pregnancy and still nothing i dont have a bump either just feel normal i am so scared just wish i felt something to reassure me!

ButterflyGem · 15/04/2017 14:35

Maybe we just need to relax I'm sure everything will be fine it's just hard not to worry isn't it. After 12 weeks the placenta takes over more I think so may not have many symptoms x

kaw104 · 15/04/2017 21:08

Hello Everyone, Just signing up now we are well past the worries and uncertainty of the first trimester. We have an EDD of 6th October.

We are now starting think about preparations (from redecorating spare room through to mad world of car seats and travel systems) and I hope we are not the only ones finding it all a little overwhelming! ConfusedSmile

Phryn · 15/04/2017 21:30
