It's sneeze birth's galore thanks to our fanny stretchers! We're soaking in piss and praying for Bat's hospital bag. We're avoiding our mens 'Annie Sloaners' and eating all the cake! It's JS Gras 39!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 39th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Someone told me you can't use hair removal cream but looking on Google that looks like be so I'll just use that stuff instead. Awesome.

I just got all excited and thought I could feel baby... Then realized it felt a lot like my heartbeat... Apparently there's an abdominal aorta and if your placenta is anterior you can feel that pulsing too Blush

honeysucklejasmine · 29/09/2015 20:55

I am EXHAUSTED! pud, how do you do it?! I am so glad I don't teach full time anymore. Done two coursework days and I feel like dying. Doing another on Thursday but that should be OK, just long. Monday will be a bloody nightmare, such that I am contemplating telling them to change the arrangements or I'm not doing it.

Threw up in spectacular style this morning. DH waited outside to give me a hug after, it was so loud.

MollyBloomYes · 29/09/2015 21:13

Grrrrr, sorry haven't been on for ages and now I'm back with a moan! You may recall I live in a house with many many relatives. Dm invited db and sil to stay for 6 months while they sort out jobs and flat etc. I was uneasy about this but going with flow. However, I'm finding the perpetual favouritism from dm really hard going. SIL is PERFECT in her eyes and both can do no wrong. We can't even joke around with each other without mum trying to leap in to defend any perceived slights I may be making on their character. I'm fully aware I've massively reverted back to childhood here but it really bloody hurts that my mum prefers a daughter in law to her own bloody daughter. And now I'm all weepy. Hormones are rubbish. Sorry, very indulgent, normal service resuming soon

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 29/09/2015 21:50

molly that sounds awful. Do you think she's aware she's doing it?

oneyorkshirepud · 29/09/2015 22:06

Flowers Molly, hope you are okay.

I'm not teaching Honey, as they knew I was going on mat leave they got my replacement to start in Sept, so I'm doing full time middle management/data/admin which is amazing. V lucky. Loving it and actually learning a lot from it. Are you doing supply?

ThursdayLastWeek · 30/09/2015 07:43

Your mum sounds a bit weird molly Im sorry she's making you feel shit. I don't really have any advice, I presume if you could get the hell out of there you would!

How's everyone else today?

According to my contact with the NHS I'm actually 17 weeks today Hmm
With the elcs scheduled for 38+6 I'm going to be pregnant about three weeks less than with DS Grin not complaining now I know they won't tell me I'm overdue when I don't think I am.

16week appt. Today - really hope you hear the Hb

Oh and for those of you asking - this little beans birthday will very likely be 4th March!

honeysucklejasmine · 30/09/2015 07:47

Nah Pud, just helping out my old school, taking a group off timetable for the day to do the coursework. Popping in again on an unrelated errand, so might just say again that I don't think Monday is going to work.

Molly how annoying! How much longer are they staying?

gaggiagirl · 30/09/2015 08:20

Morning all!
For those interested in my preggo weight loss experiment I was 20lbs lighter 3 days after giving birth.
Just another stone and a half to go then Blush

ThursdayLastWeek · 30/09/2015 08:41

jellypi3 · 30/09/2015 08:47

Successful 16week appt with the MW.
Beans HB was galloping away Smile

MollyBloomYes · 30/09/2015 11:21

ga I'm impressed! I've stopped weighing self, too scary. Still fitting pants so arse can't be expanding too much!

Thanks for letting me moan Viroids, it is a weird one. I don't think she does it consciously but funnily enough behaves the exact way with db that her mum does with her db (my uncle) and it drives her crazy! If I ever get brave enough I might point that out to her but can't really be bothered with the argument! They're here til probably Jan/Feb (we're probably here a couple of years, db and sil not part of the plan when getting upduffed!) so not forever, just have to grit teeth! And they are fab with DS so that's a plus. Families eh?!

batfish · 30/09/2015 14:42

Impressive ga! Must remember to weigh self before going to hospital. ..after packing remaining hospital bag items I suppose.

Off to the docs in a bit for him to have a little look/feel of my cervix, lovely way to spend a Wednesday evening! Tis the beginning of the end of my dignity. Forgot to ask Mr bat to trim down there last night and it's all a bit damp so I'm not looking forward to it! Will be very surprised if there is any news from my cervix as I don't feel like anything is getting ready to happen but will report back!

batfish · 30/09/2015 16:26

Yippee doc didn't mention the cervix check so neither did I Smile Did a scan and said baby looks perfectly happy and not 100% engaged yet. Estimated weight 3.3kg so a bit over 7lb.

MollyBloomYes · 30/09/2015 16:38

Great news bat and hurray for cervix dodging!

Anybody legally minded or knowledgeable? DH and I need to formally put down who gets guardianship of dcs and what to do with life insurance payout. We have no other assets really apart from what's in bank accounts so pretty simple. But we can't really afford solicitors fees for will writing, is there a way round it?

ThursdayLastWeek · 30/09/2015 16:44

Sorry molly I don't really know. I think it just needs to be written down and witnessed, but I wouldn't swear to that.

When you say cervix check do you mean like a sweep bat? Either way, I love avoiding pointless cervix fingering Grin so good for you!

pretzelpieces · 30/09/2015 16:56

Great news thurs and jc

Ugh molly my dad was like that with my bastard ex. Always wanted a son and always took his side over mine, drove me barmy.

I don't do hair removey things so that went over my head but I like the idea of sending a DP down there to trim once you can't see! Made me chuckle. My DP does my right eyeliner if I ever wear it as my left eye doesn't work to see to do it. That's always a mess laugh!

22 weeks today and mini pretzel is doing cartwheels. Grin

FeatheredTail · 30/09/2015 16:56

As a former solicitor Molly - no. It might be extremely simple, but it's still best to have a will drawn up by someone qualified. It won't be an expensive job as what you describe is straightforward. Have a look at the Law Society's 'find a solicitor' page if you need a bit of direction.

FeatheredTail · 30/09/2015 16:59

Today I have eaten: toast. crisps. two squares of chocolate. coconut water.

I'm going to get scurvy at this rate, I know it. I was going to get a salad at lunch (if anyone is London based, I was going to go to Vital - realllly nice salad bar) but then I got panicked in case the salad had listeria and so got a salmon wrap. I took one bite, shuddered/baulked/swayed in disgust then threw it away.

I think I'm going to try for some fruit for dinner. I've actually turned grey.

Indigoblue2 · 30/09/2015 17:39

molly feathered is right, it maybe seems unnecessary but it's so important to do it right. I have the misfortune of being married to a solicitor and I hear him saying stuff like this all the time, it's not worth the hassle of things going wrong!

jellypi3 · 30/09/2015 17:52

Yeah get a solicitor to do it. Don't be tempted by those will packs or third party company's doing it.

Has anyone experienced stomach vibrations? I keep getting them, not kicks or movement but vibrations almost like a rumbly tummy but without the noise or hunger

That's what some of my early movements were Jel. Where's Country? The other half of her fanjo needs a hand hold.
