Is there a Due in August 2007 Thread?

londonlou · 25/11/2006 09:37

I have finally got that positive after 6 years of TTC. I checked on a site that calculates due dates for IVF cycles and it gave me the due date of August 3rd. Is there not a thread created yet for August 2007?

Lou

Congratulations Londonlou especially after such a long time trying. I was on the August 2005 and am shocked that there is a thread for two years later - I guess my little one isn't a baby anymore!

londonlou · 26/11/2006 17:11

Azure - thanks for the congrats! I'm sure time really does fly by!

Yeh! I have been looking for august mums and here you are!
Can I join your thread please?
I found out last week I am pregnant with our first. Due date 1st August 07.
Congratulations on your pregnancy Londonlou
You must be so elated after trying for so long. DH and I were trying for 13 months - I am still a bit stunned really. Does it feel real yet?
Have you been to the GP yet? Any symptoms so far? I just have some breast tenderness and the odd mild crampy stretchy feeling.
Oh so many things to chat about!
Hope lots of others will join us as we go along!

cazzybabs · 26/11/2006 19:53

I am on the due in July thread but am bound to creep into August....big congratulations ladies!

BigHotMama · 26/11/2006 20:53

Wow cant believe there is a thread for August 2007 already? I've just had my 1st baby 21st August and belong to the 2006 August thread which was brilliant fun. Congratulations to you both and let the fun begin! (Cant believe its nearly a year since I first found out..shocking!

Good luck in your wonderful journey of pregnancy x

gardeninggirl · 26/11/2006 21:21

Thanks Cazzybabs - like you I might stray into the other thread - my due date (if it all goes OK - still so worried about m/c) would be aug 1st - so only just missed being a july mum!
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
BigHotMama - congratulations on your new baby - I'm so hoping we will be able to wish the aug 2008 mums good luck while nursing our little ones this coming summer!!!

londonlou · 26/11/2006 21:35

Wow! can't believe I started the thread! Just finding my way around mumsnet.

Gardeninggirl - congrats on your bfp! Of course you can join! I didn't want to be here on my own. I'm pumped full of ivf drugs so hard to tell what'a the real symptoms! I'll be on them until at least week 12. So yes, bolder boobs, spots, wind, constipation. Nothing new I'm afraid! I am afraid of mc too. Had a biochem in June, so frantically doing my betas every two days atm. I'll go in for an early scan too to see how many I have in there.

Hi Cazzycabs!

I'm so glad you girls joined! We can get ourselves through the next few weeks and hopefully the next 8 months!

So where are you? I'm in London atm. Might be moving to Margate in the new year sometime.

Can I join? Really nerves as been TTC 18 months, and I finally got my BFP on Saturday not even due AF till Wednesday, but two PG test say I'm PG thank god, no symptoms as yet, told family and a few friends and they are really happy for us, due date 09/08/07!
Thanks Babymadxxx

gardeninggirl · 27/11/2006 18:43

Welcome Babymad! Congratulations on your BFP!!
Is this your first?
Doesn't it seem amazing seeing the test turn positive for once?

Lou - here's to your HCGs increasing as they should - How many babies might you have in there?!
My main symptom is just so Hot the whole time!
I am in London too - in Surrey Quays SE16. Not really near any hospital in particular - not sure what we will do if we get that far.

I have made an appointment with the GP tomorrow - mainly cos I think I have a UTI - but hopefully they will confirm what the 8 pos home pregnancy tests have said!

Hope you are all doing well

BabymadwithBump · 27/11/2006 18:54

gardeninggirl no I have 2 DS 7yrs and 4yrs been planning this baby since DS#2 was 1 and started TTC in June 2005, and finally got my own BFP and still it's sinking in. Yes seeing the test turn out pos is the best feeling, I was in shock didn't know what to do or say at 6-7am in the morning, ran up stair and told DH the "the lines there the lines there" he couldn't see a thing with one eye open and one eye shut, LOL, then he just said "yey we did it" and turn over and went back to sleep, I just came down stair and cried and cried with happiness! No real symptoms at the moment just feeling hot, eating a lot and drinking loads of water!

londonlou · 27/11/2006 18:59

BabymadwithBump - welcome on board! And super congrats on your BFP! I told close family and friends who knew we were doing treatment. I wanted them to know in case it goes wrong and I turn into a green eyed monster again. But that's not going to happen! Right?!

gardeninggirl - I had two embies put back so the first possibility is twins. Much less likely is if either of those have split into identical twins. But that would be beyond my comprehension!!!! I'm seeing my GP next Monday. What's a UTI if you don't mind me asking.

It's taking me a while to get used to this bulletin board. I'm used to having a more, erm, advanced one. Sorry if that sounds ungrateful, but I like to see people's tickers. Keeps me up to speed with where everyone is. Not that I'm complaining mumsnet! Thanks for the site.

How are you all feeling? I've been out to buy some new tops to cover the bulging bit between my jeans and my too short tops. I think this is more to me putting weight on rather than anything to do with what's in there!

Juicylucythe2nd · 28/11/2006 15:57

Will make sure she knows. Any ms yet?

BabymadwithBump · 28/11/2006 16:13

Ms?

BabymadwithBump · 28/11/2006 16:25

No PG symptoms as yet, just eating and drinking loads!

jennster · 28/11/2006 16:54

LondonLou a UTI is a urinary tract infection or water infection.

Just seen due August thread I've only been pg for five minutes (due July) and can't believe there is an August thread already!

Good luck and congratulations to you all.
