Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 33rd grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Oh indigo that's what I'm worried about for you! Shock Wink

terrible pessimist, ignore me

Jcandy · 19/07/2015 20:56

Way to go indigo! !

Indigoblue2 · 19/07/2015 20:58

Ha ha! To be fair, it seems to shrink back pretty well between stretching sessions. Maybe it's a bit like yoga where you can learn to stretch further but still maintain a normal posture the rest of the time? Your body doesn't become like Mr bendy and wobble around all over the place. We DTD the other night and it felt normal.

Today I tried using the epi no on all fours rather than semi reclined on my back and it was much easier, gonna remember that for the pushing out bit in real life!

MollyBloomYes · 19/07/2015 21:00

Indigo does it exercise your pelvic floor as well? Sounds like a wonder gizmo!

Indigoblue2 · 19/07/2015 21:06

Yeah it sure does! There are two types of exercises you do with it, pelvic floor exercises, and then from 37 weeks I'm starting early you do perineal stretching. It has a pressure gauge so for the Kegel type exercises you can see your progress with how far you can raise the needle when you squeeze. It's also helpful because it shows when you are letting go/relaxing your pelvic floor. You can do those exercises with it any time pre or post partum. I usually do a token 5 mins of pelvic floor exercises then am too keen to get stretching and rush on to that because it's sooo exciting seeing how much further you can go from yesterday

Indigo...Back of the Net? GrinGrinGrin
That's cheered me up, hurray for stretchy fanjos Smile

I've just stormed out of my mums house. I'm really upset and probably hormonal and overreacting but my aunt has just told me I shouldn't be so greedy and have a house then I wouldn't need to pay someone to look after the baby. She thinks we should have 1 car and live in a poky flat with no garden so I can stay at home and not work. I lost my shit and walked out before I said something really bad! My mum bless her was trying to keep the peace saying it's not like when we had our babies.
I've come home and sobbed. I'm doing the best I can for the baby and 2 days of nursery a week isn't the end of the world when he's 9 months old.
DH fully supports me and told me I'm doing a brilliant job.
Selling a car isn't the difference between SAHM or not
We have a tiny house in a nice area and we don't have an extravagant lifestyle.
I feel like I have to justify the choices we've made now Confused

pretzelpieces · 19/07/2015 21:14

purple of course you don't have to justify your choices. I'm sorry your aunt said those things Thanks

indigo nice one! Yeah vaginas are magically stretchy aren't they. They're meant to ping back.

MollyBloomYes · 19/07/2015 21:14

Think I'd do the same! Very very tempted but it's a bit pricey. Maybe Christmas present...that's weird though isn't it asking for a fanny stretcher for Christmas? 'Here darling I give you the gift of magnificent dilation and steel clad vaginal walls!' Hmm!

ThursdayLast · 19/07/2015 21:15

Fuck her purple. Obviously a bit of an idiot, not worth your raised blood pressure.

You don't need to justify yourself to anyone.

MollyBloomYes · 19/07/2015 21:17

Sorry purple cross post. You don't need to justify your choices to anyone and your aunt shouldn't have put you in a position where you had to. People always have opinions it's just harder to tell family to naff off! Flowers for you why can't people just keep their beaks out?!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 19/07/2015 21:19

Oh purple the righteous indignation of people who have no idea... I went mental as a SAHM. It is not for everyone but 30 years ago, even 20 years ago it was just what people did.

Purpleball · 19/07/2015 21:23

Thanks lovelies. I just needed to vent! Bloody woman Angry I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I'm calm again now Smile

ThursdayLast · 19/07/2015 21:27

I believe in your fanjo Indigo Grin

I love being a SAHM - far too lazy to go back to work. I often feel guilty about that. People ask me what I do, or what I will do, or when I will go back all the time. Damned if you do, damned if you don't you see?

Purpleball · 19/07/2015 21:39

Thursday I can believe it. My sister was a SAHM for a long time ad on occasion she'd be at a function and have nothing to say to people who didn't have children etc
I'm hoping that I haven't upset my mum by walking out. I'll phone her tomorrow

WilHarlot · 19/07/2015 22:30

I get that all the time too Thursday.

How long since anyone has heard from La?

oneyorkshirepud · 19/07/2015 22:31

Oh my god Purple, I can't believe your Aunt said that!! Who does she think she is?! Like Thursday said people will judge you if you are a SAHM and people will judge you if you go back to work. This is because people are stupid. If all goes to plan Christmas Pud will be going to a childminder 2 days a week at 9 months. Let's be honest, it will probably be much harder for us than it is for them! Flowers for you lovely.

Indigo, loving the fanny stretching updates. I have an image in my head that when you get to ten all of the Strictly Come Dancing judges will wave their number 10 placards and the audience will go crazy!
Was also very interested to know that it seems to go back to normal straight away as I am quite keen in the epi-no and wondered if I would be walking about with a wizard's sleeve for a few weeks Hmm

oneyorkshirepud · 19/07/2015 22:33

I think La is busy shagging.

(She said so on FB, I'm not peering through her bedroom window. That would be weird.) Grin

oneyorkshirepud · 19/07/2015 22:34

Eep, hope you don't mind that I posted that on here La! Blush

gaggiagirl · 19/07/2015 22:34

purple people are dicks and these are different times.

indigo once you've birthed that wain out of your magic fanjo will you or indeed can you sell the epi no on? Obviously if your going to have another baby you wont but if you were? I wonder if it holds its value. I fancy one.

gaggiagirl · 19/07/2015 22:38

She's getting all the shags this week isn't she?
Speaking of which I'm away up to give mr gaggia a good time. Its been 13 whole days and my virginity was about to grow back.

deeplybaffled · 20/07/2015 00:15

indigo - i think you've convinced me to invest as well...just scared now that i won't be able to live up to the standards you have set! When did you start using it? Web site seems to suggest at 37 weeks, but did you start earlier?

DulcetMoans · 20/07/2015 02:22

Fuck that purple, good for you walking out and avoiding violence! Life isn't like that anymore and people make different choices. Different, not better or worse. Just different.

Haha pud, does make it sound like la documents her sex life on FB - she's a kinky one! Wink

Glad to read your post epi-no shag feels the same indigo! Did DP feel the same? You should get some commission from this you know!

We are home! There's a baby on my house and I have to look after it!

ChatEnOeuf · 20/07/2015 06:35

Purple that's outrageous. I'm not surprised you walked out. A couple of days at nursery a week will be excellent for BabyPurple - and if you're lucky, minimal messy play in your house.

Last check-in from La yesterday teatime...

Good to hear you're home Dulcet. First suggestion: put the baby in the house Wink

batfish · 20/07/2015 06:40

Aww purple that's really shitty of your aunt to say, not fair of anyone to criticise your choices at all, being a working mum is a great thing (as is being a SAHM) - and it's hardly like it's weird. Glad your mum stuck up for you but really not nice for you to be made to feel bad about it.

I'm a bit excited that la hasn't been on for a little while!!

So we made a bouncer decision - feels a bit frivolous but we are not buying it ourselves - going for baby bjorn. Now initially I didn't like them as they look really boring and I love all the colourful ones - but 2 friends have them and say they're great and really portable so they take them to friends houses with them and one brought hers to our weekend away last week. And they have the different settings for lying down etc and it says can use to age 2. The only thing is the lack of colourful dangly bits but my friend has bought an attachment for hers so we can do that. The friend who brought hers away last weekend had a different bouncer and then was given the baby bjorn by her brother and loves it. So that's another thing ticked off the list, my mum and dad are going to buy it for us and my mum will bring it out when she visits Smile

batfish · 20/07/2015 07:02

Oh God I just did an audible fart (autocorrect changed fart to Gary hahaha) in a totally silent office, the shame!! I just kept a straight face and kept staring at my screen Shock
