Headaches very common. My doctor says it partly hormones but also be careful how you sit (eg at a computer) and how you hold your neck as the hormones will make muscles/tendons lax and you're more prone to aches and pains.
oyster it's totally Alien. Especially when you can see see them move under your skin. Last time I was pregnant, the movie Prometheus came out ... not a good one to watch at 30 plus weeks.
DD1 was two and a half when DD2 was born. I had to really convince DH to get a P&T, and I'm so glad I did. We got the latest, lightest, smallest P&T at the time as we didn't want a huge double buggy. I didn't use it for the first few months (I agree that they are no good with newborns) but instead used the carrycot attachment on the Icandy Cherry for DD2 and DD1 just walked (we didnt really go far for the first few months anyway). P&T invaluable after that for probably the first year after, by which stage DD1 was walking everywhere. I don't think for long walking/shopping trips that she would have coped with a buggy board alone. Using mainly the Cherry with stroller attachment now for DD2 as it's much lighter and easier to use in the city and to fold up for the car than the P&T. The P&T is saved for walks to the park, trips over rough ground etc etc. Will definitely be using both the Cherry and the P&T again when DS is born.
Good luck for scans today everyone!
