Things that have helped me - eating regularly, making sure i have a snack (toast/cereal) just before bed so my stomach isn't empty in morning, keeping biscuits or similar by bed to eat as soon as waking, eating fruit (i seem to find it's sugar i need), don't have anything strong like fruit juice first thing, getting lots of rest, not rushing around or moving too fast, wearing sea bands, sipping iced water regularly, wearing loose clothes. Other people also seem to like - ginger-based products (biscuits, tea, sweets), particular essential oils (you'd have to google which ones). Thats' about all I have to offer you right now.
