I'm not quite in oysters league but have found sex much more enjoyable since being pregnant. Definitely more tired but when it does happen. ..., wow must be all the extra blood going to that area I think!!!! Plus the extra lubrication (Sorry if TMI). My friend couldn't bear it though and felt very sore and swollen so I think it's different for everybody. I am trying to make the effort though as the thought of doing it after the baby is born makes me feel quite ill!

Some how managed to miss a ton of posts when I wrote my last one. All this action going on, my DH would be dead jealous if he read it. He's lucky if he gets much of a look in these days (not for want of trying) I'm just too knackered or feel too bleurgh. Mind you he can't complain - with DS it was discovered I had a low lying planceta and we were advised by Dr to abstain - so no DTD from about 8 wks till 34 wks!!

Pug I sympathise. My journey wasn't as bad as yours but I had to walk from Waterloo to the city and by taking a wrong turn managed to turn a 40min walk into a 1.5 hr one! By then I was starving and feeling faint and now my hips are really achey. Bloody tubes.
brickie that's a lot to take in - good that they are keeping a close eye on you. Congrats on the happy scan (and to others I have missed) though.

pug poor you. Perhaps issue them an ultimatum... Move, or prepare to receive a shower of vomit on your selfish head.

DTD...nope. Didn't the ENTIRE pregnancy last time Blush felt too sick, then DH got too freaked out at baby starting to wiggle then waaaaaay too huge and uncomfortable! We met needs in other ways!

On the subject of dtd I manage about once a week. Dh would like it to be a heck of a lot more often lol but I was trying to be more cautious until we get into the second trimester.

loveulotslikejellytots · 09/07/2015 17:48

I've not seen a massive change in my sex drive as such, it wasn't massively active pre-pregnancy. Probably two or three times a week before, now managing once a week. It's mainly tiredness. I go to bed feeling up for it but as soon as my head touches the pillow I'm asleep. I actually fell asleep during foreplay in the early stages...Smile Luckily DH wasn't too offended! He didn't even tell me for a few days, i'd completely forgotten!
