With our swamp fanjos and supermarket jobbies it's all going on in our knickers. It's a wonder our men agree to deliver the prostaglandin injections but then we are the 24th Just Shagging Grads!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 24th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is herein its 41st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs herefor once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet is here

So, roll call below please, viroids!

dulcet we have all the things because I was edging on the side of caution with regards to being induced anyway. We do need more nappies so PiL are going to get us some. Went on a bit of a nesting spree today, all of upstairs is tidied and cleaned, and the crib is now in the master bedroom, just need to do downstairs tomorrow!

pis more raspberry leaf tea! and ball bouncing!

TheBooMonster · 19/03/2015 17:44

pis I once heard an entertaining story about someone who went into a&e with a small pineapple stuck up their rear end... apparently the scaly bits are a bit like barbs, getting them in is easy but they fan out when you try and pull it out, so I'd take the skin off first :P

RPopz · 19/03/2015 17:57

Eek a Boobaby on Saturday!! Grin

Dulce - I'm a Lush hater too. I'm a delicate flower though and all that stuff makes me itch like hell.

Aw pis Sad Some people on my antenatal Fred got sweeps on their due date Shock Crazy. Bouncing, walking, shagging... you know it all already!

Purpleball · 19/03/2015 18:20

I'm also not a Lush fan, it all smells too strong and I can't have anything in a bath otherwise I get thrush or BV (boak)

Purpleball · 19/03/2015 18:23

Photo on facebook and I've announced....yikes

Fleurchamp · 19/03/2015 18:54

Yey purple have you had lots of lovely comments?

Wow, babies are like buses around here!

My bump has popped out today - lots of comments about it!

RPopz · 19/03/2015 19:08

Ooh your fb will be going crazy with notifications for a while Grin How's it feel to be out in the open purple?

deeplybaffled · 19/03/2015 19:25

lil - yes, it was me, and after the harmony test, all was well and didn't have to make any big decisions, which was a relief. Hope you get some good news soon too.

could someone please tell me how to join the Facebook group? Want to see pictures!!

Fleurchamp · 19/03/2015 19:28

I haven't done an FB announcement which means I panic every time I post on the JS Grads page Blush

I also haven't told a few friends. One in particular, we go way back but our lives have gone in very different directions. We meet up a few times per year (and do something's var glam as she is a member of private clubs/ has famous friends etc.) and she has always been very anti child, her life is amazing and children just don't fit in. I worry she won't want to be friends anymore, we were partners in crime for so long. So, it's bad, I know. She went to away for work for a couple of months and so we haven't really spoken since Christmas but now she's back... I feel terrible that I haven't told her yet. I know I just need to do it.

Aargh!

Purpleball · 19/03/2015 19:41

60 lovely comments so far. I feel quite emotional. Had a couple of pms from people saying it's made their day etc
People are lovely :-)

Purpleball · 19/03/2015 19:44

Chat added me, I think if you pm me your email address I can add you

laurenamium · 19/03/2015 19:57

I fell off the Fred Blush sorry! I haven't caught up properly but pis get running!!

DS is doing great, he is out of ICU now and in SCBU and there's talk of him maybe possibly being allowed home on Sunday. We just need him to gain weight as he has only lost so far, and for him to keep up his feeds and not fall asleep half way through Grin

deeplybaffled · 19/03/2015 20:58

Purple, I think I've sent you a pm.....

Purpleball · 19/03/2015 20:58

I've just been offered a load of maternity clothes by a FB friend Smile

Purpleball · 19/03/2015 21:03

Deeply I think I've added you

DulcetMoans · 19/03/2015 21:17

Sounds really positive lauren, hope you are home Sunday. Everything ready for you at home?

Glad it's all out there and you feel good about it all purple.

I haven't either fleur and can't enter competitions to win baby things. That's really annoying! Would you tell your friend not face to face?

You're all sorted then pretty much boo, it's all very real!

Please don't tell her with everyone there bat, especially if she is struggling. She needs time to process away from others. Can you meet her a bit earlier?

Toast85 · 19/03/2015 21:44

Push pis!! Push!! Oh... Too early still??
I went out for dinner with colleagues today, there was only one bloomin' option I could have on the menu! It was all Brie this, pate that, goats cheese, something with a runny egg on top. Humph. Oh I just want to be 'out' now... Bored of keeping it a secret!

gaggiagirl · 19/03/2015 22:04

toast I still have runny egg and brie and goats cheese so long as the cheese is cooked its fine. Make sure the eggs are lion stamped.
Now pate....... I really miss pate!

Toast85 · 19/03/2015 22:26

Most of the eggs I eat at home are from mother toast's chickens- so I just make sure they are all solid. So cooked goats cheese etc is allowed? Just not raw? Maybe I can come up with some cunning goats cheese recipes then. Bloody love that stuff.

lildottie · 19/03/2015 22:34

good to hear all is well deeply, what a relief! did u find out flavour with harmony test?

Lauren glad to here all is going well. gx for Sunday escape!

PiS you could try the old fashioned orange juice and cod liver oil, or a hot curry, or a long walk, or all 3!! I'd definitely get dh on Google to learn how to do a sweep! bloody mws!

toast, ga you can keep ur goats cheese, bloody revolting stuff!

couldhavebeenme · 19/03/2015 22:40

Lauren good to hear baby may be coming home this weekend, great news!

Having loads of Toni braxtons this evening, not great at bed time.

Pisghetti · 19/03/2015 23:43

Great news Lauren! Gx he's allowed home on Sunday.

Lil CLO is out as I don't eat fish. I've heard EPO pessaries are a thing though..... DP is on the MW's side Hmm I might play 'how much pineapple can you fit in your chuff' tomorrow while running on the treadmill. Quite looking forward to it Wink

I've got a cold sore trying to break out Shock I can't have a disgusting carbuncle like that on my face. I won't be able to kiss my baby. Drowning in Zovirax right now.

Mmmmm goat's cheese... Can't bear Brie though.

I've been going through my hypnobirthing guide and I'm wondering if I've managed to persuade myself I can't go into labour naturally. I've been having some very negative thoughts today. Going to try visualising going into labour when I'm doing breathing/relaxation tomorrow to see if that helps.... Can't hurt at least! Listened to the CD 'consciously' today to make sure I'd heard the visualisations and Boo I totally get what you mean about the bat noises! A little later there is a noise like a vulture circling when they're talking about the moment of birth Confused

OP posts:
TheBooMonster · 20/03/2015 00:15

pis I shall have to listen out for the vulture tomorrow... Today... I ordered the labour companion cd last weekend it has today and Saturdays post to get here before it's potentially too late! Kind of hoping that if nothing else my beloved bats will keep me distracted during labour, the relaxing birth music cd is in the suitcase ready to go!

TheBooMonster · 20/03/2015 00:19

Fab news lauren!

There is snot... thick, mucus-y snot that is quite unlike my normal pregnant fanjo fluid... Is that part of my plug? Shock and I have horrible period pains in my back tries not to get too anxious about this baby trying to climb out before the weekend

batfish · 20/03/2015 04:26

Sorry not sure I explained properly - I already told 'Anna' 2 weeks ago - there is no way I would have told her in front of others, I was very careful about how I did that. It was just about how to tell other friends if she is around, which she always is as we do a lot of things as a group. Anyway she left a bit earlier than us last night so I spoke to the friends I wanted to afterwards, there was another couple who left earlier so I hadn't told them, I'll probably just message them instead as I don't think we'll see them for another couple of weeks.

purple how exciting! Lovely that you've had so many nice responses on Facebook. Not sure if we will do a Facebook announcement - part of me would like to but then I feel self conscious making a fuss!

Ha I've been lol-ing at the thought if shoving pineapples up the fanjo! Shock
