Hello All

Hope I am correct in beginning a thread for July 07. BFP today (23rd October) and EDD 2nd July 07.

By way of a brief introduction; live in the South West, work part-time, have DD aged 5 and DS who is almost 3. Have been incredibly lucky this time as made decision to try for third and hey presto seem to have achieved it on first attempt (much to DH disappointment if you know what I mean!!).

Look forward to 'meeting' you and sharing this amazing experience with you.

just popping in to say hello from the due in January 2007 thread
I can never quite believe it when a new due in XXX is started, it makes it seem like my PG is whizzing by whereas it's actually dragging really slowly now.

Hope it's a smooth and easy 9 months for you

(BTW, the same thing happen for us when we had our 3rd, Dh changed his mind after I'd pleaded for another for about 16 months and on the first attempt his job was done)

RH · 23/10/2006 20:15

Lady TH

Thanks so much for taking the time to 'pop in'. I am wondering already how long this pg is going to feel as my second seemed to fly as busy with DD. However, DD is now at school and DS is at pre-school several mornings a week so wonder if I might have more time on my hands (ha ha - cannot believe I said that ). Am delighted though and keep checking pregnancy test again (haven't thrown it away yet as still cannot quite believe this!). Great to hear you had a similar conception experience - poor guys huh ! How old are your other two?

Beetlebug · 24/10/2006 17:14

Hello all! Hi RH , your not on your own...got a BFP last week. EDD is 1st July 2007.

I live in South East London, also work part time and have 2 DS aged 13 and 20 months and DD aged 11. DH and I decided to complete our family with baby No 4.

I am so excited

RH · 24/10/2006 19:34

Beetlebug

Fantastic! Great to hear from you. How are you feeling? Any horrible early symptoms yet? I have incredibly sensitive boobs and found myself crying at some completely inane news report about small children the other day - definitely hormonal! I am pleased to say that I didn't particularly suffer with morning sickness either time previously so hope this holds true third time.

July 06 Ladies - Thanks for all your wonderful support. Truly appreciate all your lovely comments.

Hello

I got my BFP today and managed to work out on the calender (through crying) that I am due July 07 (the same month I turn 40!!)

swift1 · 24/10/2006 20:26

Hi RH , Beetlbug and Chocpeanut,

I got my bfp today and my EDD id 30 june but htought Id join this one rather then the June thread as its so close.

Very apprehansive about it, I had m/c in Nov and another in June , both at 6 weeks so I've got my fingers crossed. I already have one dd, 2 1/2, and 2 dsk, and I am 30.

Not feeling preganat at all yet, rang the doc today as he said next time i fall he will get me in for an early scan but he hasnt rang me back - charming!

Cross everything for me girls wont you, please this will be 3rd time lucky I hope.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 24/10/2006 20:31

Hi Swift

Congrats!!

I too am worried, I had a stillbirth last year at 25 weeks.I also have a dd who turns 3 in two weeks.

My doc said she would get me in for an early scan but how early I dont know

maewickedwitchofthewest · 24/10/2006 20:38

Wow - July 2007 already. I was on the 2006 thread with HC and the others, DS just managed to squeak in as a July babe on the 31st (being pg in a heatwave is no fun, but you don't want to hear about that now . Congrats to you all and best wishes for stress free pregnancies and bouncing babes xx

swift1 · 24/10/2006 20:40

Well we will just have to send each other loads of luck Choc peanut xx

RH · 24/10/2006 20:55

Hi Choc Peanut and Swift

Loads of positive luck sending your way.... I miscarried our first at 13 weeks but as you know have gone on to have 2 healthy pgs but that first experience is never far from the back of my mind so have much sympathy/empathy for you both as your experiences have been so much more recent. Keep on at your GPs/midwives - I think 'we' drop off the radar unless we jump up and down.

Great to see our 'July Team' growing already (as we will be soon!) .

IamBlossom · 24/10/2006 21:25

congrats all, and all good luck to you. I am from the July 2006 club with Maewest and HC and Algach and Usandbump etc and it's so exciting! I have a lovely bouncing dream of a baby boy to add to my family, and could'nt be happier. The support from Mumsnet is amazing, am totally addicted, and post most days. heatwave ain't much fun though, agree there, wonder if the power of Mumsnet could control the weather........

laughalot · 24/10/2006 21:25

Hi ladies just popping over from the due jan thread im due 10th jan and im having a little girl, 2 years ago my ds was born on the 13th july its a fab month to have a baby especially when they are getting older having lovely outdoor parties. Good luck to you all.

Beetlebug · 25/10/2006 09:24

Hello Choc peanut, swift1 and laughalot. Nice to meet ya! @ RH, no horrific symptoms yet just very mild morning sickness. I'm sure it won't be long till I reach the blubbering emotional wreck stage!

PinkButterfly · 25/10/2006 09:55

Hello there - can I join you guys ? Got my BFP last Tues. My EDD is 2/7 - same as you RH and also conceived on first attempt (same as with DS2 so DH never seems to be able to make the most of ttc!!) .

I am 32. Live in Scotland with DH (32), DS1 (7) and DS2 (3).

Symptoms at moment are really just extreme tiredness and on /off nausea / hunger and sore (o)(o) !!!

Look forward to chatting with you all !!

Cakehead · 25/10/2006 12:28

Hello ladies - have been waiting for a brave soul to kick off a July thread! Got my BFP last week - due 1st July, by my reckoning.

Have DD - 14 months now. She was an August baby so hurrah, can re-use my summer maternity wear!

Am feeling OK at the moment, just a bit dozy. Had morning sickness from weeks 6 to 16 last time, so am bracing myself for a green Christmas...

I live in South London/Surrey and work part-time too.

Nice to meet you all!

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 25/10/2006 12:45

Quite a few of us due 1/2 July. I am due 2nd.
