Long yep sounds like heartburn you can take the rennie/gaviscon tablets that are like chalk or I rake remigel which are chewable or gaviscon, the gaviscon advance which doc can prescribe is most effective but thick and gross....if it continues then I suggest the tablet you can get from doc its a one a day one, I hope to grt it tomorrow as I feel like I have a fire brewing in my chest/throat.
Anyone else feel swollen downstairs? When I wipe (sorry tmi) I feel swollen not sure if its from being on my feet all day at work.
I cried tonight 
dh was quite late from work I bought one of those season in a bag things you add chicken too (curry one) with all the extras to do a curry and forgot natural yoghurt, I am so exhausted I just sobbed, dh came in asked what I wanted and I said nothing so he made me beans on toast and sorted himself.
