hi cathfin happy birthday! 
So, spent 4 hours in ante-natal ward yesterday after building really sharp pains to the left of my belly button. At some points the skin was so tender it was extremely painful even to touch it, I was getting very sharp pains when I bent over in the same spot, and could barely bend over to go to the loo. LO is great, bumbling away in there. Seems it's my fibroids degenerating they think, or at least not being very happy, LO is back to back and probably kicking it too (fibroid is anterior). Really good to hear it's not affecting the baby, and probably won't, but the pain may go away completely, I may get twinges, it might go to a crescendo if the fibroid dies off, they don't know. In any case, now I know what it is, I'm not stressing about it.
Now I just need to get on my hands and knees and turn this baby.
