Morning guys

not been too active on here, mainly lurking in the background - but just to say i'm out.

Gutted but optimistic for the future. Off to enjoy a summer of rock festivals and odd bottle glass of wine.

Take care all x

sorry for completely disappearing after my bleed last month. I have put it down to a chemical pregnancy. So I am just checking in to tell you that I had a BFP yesterday - still 3 days before AF due and it was a good solid line which gives me more hope for this little bean so I'll be tentatively joining the December 2012 ladies with a due date of 26/12/12 Shock
Wishing all the November 2012 ladies the best of luck :)

That's good news Chickenspots - I had a similar thing. Had a BfaintP on a Tues (cd23), started bleeding the next Mon, 2 weeks after that got a +ve on a LH surge strip & just under 2wks after that, got a BFP!!! That one took 6 tests over 2 wks before I really allowed myself to believe, and obviously at only 9wks tomorrow, its still very early days, but I'm getting more hopeful every day. 4.5wks til the scan though, so I won't stop biting my nails nervously for a while...

Anyway, all the best for your little Xmas miracle. Perhaps s/he'll come early & you'll have an even better Christmas??!! :)

Glad to hear you're having a good day Detective although can empathise with it causing worry!!! I'm trying to put my slight lessening of nausea down to a levelling off of hCG but equally not completely relaxed about it Confused

Enjoy the Chinese though Grin

So sorry to hear your news Kat.

I phoned the midwife this aft when we got back and they have booked me in for a early scan tomorrow at 3. She said it might be an abdominal one or they might have to do a trans vaginal one. Never had one of those. What is it?
Have been feeling more sick this aft but still have gripe pains in back and stomach. Just can't wait until tomorrow. Fingers crossed.x

Sorry for your news Kat

I've had to buy new bras already, I only had one that fitted and I thought 10 days in one bra was a bit much Blush
We have a mamas and papas outlet near us so I popped there, managed to get two maternity bras, one black one white in a bigger cup size and they were only £2 each!! Only problem is they only go to an E cup and this is a 32E, backs getting tight now so might go for some 34Es soon.

I still haven't got a scan date yet Sad although with us having IVF we're pretty certain off the due date

kat very sorry. Enjoy your festivals and wine and here's to a sticky bean very soon!

chickenspots congrats on your BFP. Hoping you have a happy healthy pregnancy.

jenbird glad you managed to get a scan. Hopefully you will see a happy little bean with a strong heartbeat and the worrying can ease off...for a bit!

I have been moaning that I look 5 months pregnant. Then realised I had Chinese takeaway last night, macdonalds for lunch and lasagne for dinner! That might have something to do with it. I'm not normally this unhealthy. I'm quite good during the week, weekends are my weakness!

Jenbird transvaginal is the dildocam Wink. Had one for unexplained pain & its fine - its a bit cringe making but nothing painful. They said the same about my dating scan - if they can't see it abdominally, they do it that way. Sure it will be fine.
