Hello my good friends

Its lovely to be asked to set up our new support tread especially as we head towards our first festive season supporting each other.

I hope Frasers part of the journey is as smooth as Eris, Jack and Matt&Gareths

Shabs.............you have influenced my choice of raffle prize tonight! There was loads of boxes of biscuits and chocs etc..........so what did i choose? A dried flower arrangement with the words of Julius of Norwich

Everlong - you are doing so much better than I did when my boys died. I was, to be honest, drunk every day of every week. I sorted myself out after a few months but I just could not cope.

As long as you dont rely on that feeling, and realise that it is not the best way to cope you will be fine....believe me my darling.

Lottie. Your words touched my soul tonight. You made a fab choice. ALL WILL BE WELL!! Please believe me that All will be well....Im just not sure of any time scale I just know that All, eventually, will be well. xxxx

Not for a few weeks Lottie. Last time she came on she said she would be away for a couple of weeks - I think about her every day and wonder how she is doing. xx

Is she the lady out of Last of the Summer Wine? My Mattie loved that programme....I find it hard to watch now. He sussed it out right away that the old men were like naughty little boys

Ive just been to sing Christmas Carols at the Sheltered Housing with the local Baptist Church(I go to C of E and Baptist)I had the greatest difficulty not laughing though while the Minister was talking about Baby Jesus being surrounded by a wonderous light the strip light over our heads started flickering........I had to bury my head in my carol sheet!

I was talking to everybody about Jacks remember day being next Monday! People who didnt know me then tend to think he was Wilf's twin! People who know me well are very good about remembering Jack which is lovely.........

He has coughed all night, so has my DH. I got up at 4am cause they were both frightening me. Got to try and get them doctors appointment this morning. I cant put the central heating on because they cough even worse

Afternoon all..........have got a lovely quiet house now! The builders went at 4pm and ive just had a hot bath all ready to go to our staff party tonight!!
