Hello my good friends

Its lovely to be asked to set up our new support tread especially as we head towards our first festive season supporting each other.

I hope Frasers part of the journey is as smooth as Eris, Jack and Matt&Gareths

Everlong - Many, many years have passed since I lost Gareth and Matt but there are still days when I think 'I cant do this anymore!' Christmas seems unfair and I am very jealous of other people who have their children physically here. Always, always talk about Oli to your family - I know you will - I just know how important it is to keep the memories alive.

Will you email me your address? I would love to send you a Christmas card - I DO NOT EXPECT ONE BACK - I only started 'doing' cards again about 3 years ago. [email protected]

I'll see you in my dreams

I love this song. It is so sweet and simple. It just says 'I'll see you in my dreams, hold you in my dreams.....'

For all our precious children at what should be a family time of year. They are always around us - just, sadly, not physically.

They would all be so proud of us on our thread....walking the crappy path, sometimes slipping and sliding, having to replace the lightbulb in the 'light at the end of the tunnel.' We will all make it...it will take time, tears and laughter but, with each others support, we will all make it. xxx

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 12/12/2008 11:24

Oh soddin' hell I have made myself blub now shouldn't listen to that song xxx

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 13/12/2008 16:43

I would leave it for today Lottie - then 'make it your mission' tomorrow to find it. Has Wilf got any good ideas? It will turn up love - try not to worry too much xx

lottiejenkins · 13/12/2008 16:48

Forgot to say from the depths of my fedupness.....Happy Birthday Moveit!! I'm off to a christmas party tonight at the local healing centre with my neighbours! Tomorrow im taking Wilf to the local sheltered housing to see a lovely old lady called Nell, the first time she met him i'd left him my friend Ali and he tried to take Nell back to her flat when she didnt want to go back! He's made me a chocolate log and some marmalade at school, which im not keen on....Ive told Nell that is his present to her for Christmas!!

travellingwilbury · 13/12/2008 18:06

I don't know if anyone knows about this already but tomorrow is worldwide candle lighting day .

At 7pm local time candles will be lit in both churches and homes to remember all those children that have died .

I think it is a lovely idea to think of all those candles across the world being lit and will be lighting mine at 7pm tomorrow .

pinkfrogsroastingonanopenfire · 13/12/2008 18:36

I think Compassionate Friends are involved with that as well TW - thank you for the reminder.
