saw thign on south local news about baby yoga classes
i KNOW...................

  1. i did stuff liek that wiht ds1 and 2
  2. 'tis good fro mums to get together 3 its good for mums to playw ith kid sand touch them adn bond etc etc etc

BUT THEY LOOKED SUCH NOBS

Dangerous my rse - pseudomedical bllocks IMHO .

Similar to when my sister was refused an antenatal spa treatment becuase it would "over-excite the fetus" PMSL!!!!

The clockwise motion - I was told - was to help stuff inside the gut move along in the natural direction. (God, you'd never think I have a medical qualification.)

It's easy to get caught up
DD was often asleep or on the verge of a massive dump whenever I went to baby yoga.
She did really like it though.

Pruni the intestines honestly do come out in a clockwise sort of pattern from the stomach

so you massage in that direction to help wind and faeces travel along their correct path

massaging the other way could lead to uncomfortable trapped wind and possibly constipation.

However I am sure they were nobby bastards as well, obviously
