what or who is destiny angel

Tumbleweed · 20/07/2009 20:28

Feargal, for a non-Irish boy, and Jesamine for a girl. Sorry, but ..!

TwoIfBySea · 20/07/2009 20:52

Destiny Angel - from Captain Scarlet kiddies tv series. Pilot of a rather cool little white plane and leader of the other angels; Harmony, Melody and Rhapsody.

Millarkie · 20/07/2009 21:04

Geni-Talia.
The individual names are ok but double-barrelled as a first name? What were they thinking?

GeorgeTheSlitheen · 20/07/2009 21:06

StayC.

It's bloody awful.

sayanything · 20/07/2009 21:41

Millarkie, is that name for real? Geni-Talia? Or even Jenny-Talia? Isn't that child abuse?

Millarkie · 20/07/2009 21:47

Yes it's real.

frAKKINPannikin · 20/07/2009 21:59

Thalia....

Lovely name but her sister couldn't pronounce the "th" sound so said it as an "f" instead.

Failure.

PixiNanny · 20/07/2009 23:06

Oh no, poor Failure, quite funny though.

And surely Geni-Talia would be considered child abuse? It the hula girl one was then why not that?!

mrsradders · 21/07/2009 17:45

Miami - for a girl of course

LyraSilvertongue · 24/07/2009 22:32

Nevaeh (Heaven, backwards)
or Ulysses.

GrendelsMum · 25/07/2009 11:39

For what do we live for, but to make sport for our neighbours, and laugh at them in our turn?

I'm always happy to say I hate my name, and plenty of other people on here have also said they think it's ugly!

But I don't think I've ever come across anyone with a really odd name. I know both an Alaric and an Amyas, but those are good old English names, aren't they - and rather pretty too.

sayanything · 25/07/2009 12:03

Arsene. I know it's an old French name and it does sound great in French, but if you live in the UK, you're asking for trouble for your little boy imo.

NormaSknockers · 25/07/2009 13:44

Jj, seriously that is his full first name, it's not short for anything & not even spelt Jay Jay....just Jj...I kid ye not!

That & Youthland

NormaSknockers · 25/07/2009 13:46

Oh & Soleil....pretty but not sure on it as a first name!

claraquack · 25/07/2009 13:48

Savethewhales.
I didn't exactly come across it but the registrar told us about it when we were registering dd1. They took the parents to court to stop them using the name. Luckily they (the Registry office) won.

LyraSilvertongue · 25/07/2009 22:49

Thought of two more:
Boogie
Dartagnan
