No, it's too infantizing imo as a given name (young girl = Disney baby deer). I've heard it occasionally used as a nickname though (I'm guessing for women with big eyes and willowy/slender limbs).

It made me think of Secret Diary of a Call Girl... it’s quite a common “name” in that industry, I believe, because it makes you think of leggy, cute women.

It makes a cute nickname but I wouldn’t use it as the actual name.

Even the Disney film is quite sad...
