Always my favourite baby name lists.
The names I love but are too out there (even for me who's child has an unranked name) to use:
Boys:
Nemo
Zeus
Rubeus
Sherlock
Tokyo
Woody
Girls:
Bambi
Dolly
Birdie
Baby
Queenie
Pepper
Major guilty pleasure names my DP barely let me finish the sentence when suggesting these ones although I wouldn't have been brave enough to use them anyway 😂
Flo84 · 22/10/2019 16:48
I love the name Woody. When we were choosing makes we struggled because my other half wanted traditional whereas I wanted something a bit quirky. I like River, Jacobi and Zachaeus.
Spied · 22/10/2019 16:51
I really love Lolita.
Browniee · 22/10/2019 16:52
Ophelia! But if I have another girl I’m going to push for it 😂 even as a middle name would feel like a victory.
I also like Jasper for a boy but DP is very much in the “top 5” names in terms of taste so anything vaguely unique and he panics!
bridgetreilly · 22/10/2019 19:09
Aethelflaed.
LenoVintura · 22/10/2019 19:12

Love these threads as DD's name often appears once!
Seraphina
Persephone
Inego
These were all favourites of mine for my last child and people thought they were very 'brave'. I still love them.
Chocolateandcarbs · 22/10/2019 19:22
Roman - I loved it, husband did not!
LaLoose · 22/10/2019 19:22
Inego? It's Inigo.
NavyBerry · 22/10/2019 19:32
Loveday
Iliada · 22/10/2019 19:44
It’s not Inego or Inigo, it’s actually Íñigo.
nearlyfinished1moreyear · 22/10/2019 19:51
I love Elvis also Dolly and Phoenix
Naomimi · 22/10/2019 19:53

Oflawrence · 22/10/2019 19:56
I love Pepper too!
SpinySue · 22/10/2019 19:58
Persephone and Torquil - we're not posh enough.
Loic - we're not French enough (I really love the sound of this name Low-ick in my accent Loo-week in a French one)
Ike - because its the baby from South Park and thats where I got I from and that's why I like it!

KrissKross you have AWESOME taste in names. That reads like my name list and my daughter's name is on there.
Love Isambard beyond reason!
Siablue · 22/10/2019 21:38
Boudicca- you would have to be brave to carry it off.
Most of my girls list was not approved Persephone was on there.
Siablue · 22/10/2019 21:39
I also like Venita which is too much like Vianetta (which would also be a good name if it wasn’t and ice cream).
M0reGinPlease · 22/10/2019 21:43
