dior, haven't seen cb this month, my subscription has ended and i'm not renewing it this year, gone for selvedge instead.

nbg, have a lovely holiday

well, my head is still hurting after what happened this morning!, basically ds 'drove' a small battery powered car over the top of my head except my hair got tangled round the wheels, it just got stuck tighter and tighter because because i couldn't find the off switch. at this point i'm yelling for help, dh is down in the studio, luckily dd came to my rescue and ran to get him. my hair was now being yanked out at the crown, the motor on the car is still running and the only way i could try and stop it myself was to keep hold of the wheels stopping them from turning round. dh switched it off, then had to pull the wheels off it to untangle my hair. at lease we didn't have to cut it out, but i did loose quite a bit of hair and its sore where it's been pulled out.

ds got a bit of a shock with me in tears screaming and shouting for help. hopefully, he'll not do that again in a hurry, and thank goodness he didn't do it to dd!

Miaou · 05/05/2008 19:05

chrissnow · 06/05/2008 08:48

Any of you know where I can find a pattern to knit a basic circle shape. All I pull up on google is how to start a knitting circle . Surely it's possible? Or have I got to learn to crochet.
