Yipee I manage to make myself a very speedy necklace using some Swaro crystals I had & I must admit I temporarily 'borrowed' the lovely swaro pendant that I got in my vintage swap from NBG & included that in my necklace

gosh, isn't it quiet on here today!

I'm zooming on with my swap doll. Doing something quite different with the hair this time and I'm quite pleased with the way it's going.

. I should have left commenting until today I think!!! My heart was in the right place even if my letters weren't!!! Yes I did have a wee hangover today.... DH did a Sun morning fry up though and we went car booting and bought some cracking things. All better now!!

Greebos - that is really funny. Going to have a proper read later. I had a dream last night I was actually in the Boosh. Must have been the trip down to London hanging out with fashion types (some people are so flippin poncey, aren't they???)

Just a quickie.

Going on holiday tomorrow to sunny Spain for a week so I wont be about.
I've heard there is a local contempory art thing on while we're there so I'm hoping to go and see that.

LK, I will sign up for the swap too but I havent got time to send details today.
I'll do it when we're back as its before the cut off.

have a great time on your hols Nbg - i'm not jealous as i'm focusing on the problem of applying sunscreen to multiple small excited children!!!
me and dp have been discussing our holiday for this year and my dd who is 13 hates travelling esp. flying and car journeys - we were thinking of a canal boat holiday as we both did that as kids and enjoyed it - anyone been on one recently?

VV I've always wanted to do that but never have!

We've been out and about this morning & popped into a NT place that had a craft fayre. A bit disappointing as only about 6 stalls, 2 jewellery (very nice & along the lines of the stuff I make), a kids clothes stall that looked like it had all been bought in , 2 card stalls & an amazing soap stall where all the soap looked like cakes so you could buy slices of lemon meringue pie that was soap!

Have a great holiday nbg!

We have been at the beach today for a picnic lunch, followed by a walk in the forest. I took some pics, might blog them if they are any good.
