I like to crochet but I've found myself in a bit of a rut and want to be inspired and find some motivation to make something, even if its a totally different craft.

though I don't mind being Moomin, used to love the books when I was a kid.

Im now in love with oil cloth - it doesnt fray and stretch etc

OMDB - sorry, I 'lost' this thread. I think I want shoulder bags so that they can contain bottles of wine. I found a pattern which is slightly different to the one I have used in previous years, and drawn/cut out the pattern, but then when I worked out how many I needed to cut I decided I needed to find get out my cutting mat and rotary cutterand tidy up so that I had room to cut out properly, and that is where I stalled. I am sort of started in that a load of fabric is currently in the wash for them

I have been making bread bags recently, and put a tutorial up on my blog if anyone else wants to give them a try.

I've just made apersonalised drawstring bag for a boy's birthday present. Think I'll be making a few more of these as presents!
