How much did yours cost gomummy ? mine seems a bit too reasonable iyswim, hope he's not a farking cowboy. I'm never happy me.

Make mine a double DS just flooded the bathroom having a bath. Then discovered he'd climbed up and opened his bedroom window earlier (prob while I was doing dinner) even tho I told him off earlier for standing on dining chair and trying to open one then. (to let a fly out!)

Cheesy did you have to actually build a new floor (sub-floor) and walls/windows/etc. too? If you already had a workable structure in place that might explain the good pricing?

Gomummy, the bathroom is rather cosy poky price may go up tho when the water soaked rotting floor is revealed tho

Plus it's nuffink fancy, just basic all slate tiled etc . Tho I am eyeing up a tv for the bath

That qoute includes a full central heating system btw, we're in the North too which is generally cheaper.
