Ross Noble is soo funny, I'd hate to be on his train of thought though, be like an hour long white knuckle rollercoaster! Did you see his trip round Australian, very funny.
Also love the angry welshman Rhod Gilbert. His show about buying a duvet..the tog rating was hilarious. i can so see things from his perspective, that may just be my hormones though!

GetOrfMoiLand · 16/03/2010 21:33

Rich Hall

Dave Allen RIP

Omid Djallili

Billy Connolly

2old4thislark · 16/03/2010 21:33

Rhod Gilbert is my fave at the moemnt - especially when in full Welsh rant mode!

I also love Eddie Izzard, Billy Connolly, John Bishop, Peter Kay and Dave Spikey. I like my commedians to have a regional accent if poss, though I'm ahppy to make an exception for Eddie Izzard.

fiveisanawfullybignumber · 16/03/2010 21:34

Have to add, can't stand the crude ones who swear and say horrid things just for the hell of it. No need!!
Frankie Boyle ruins Mock the week for me, I find him quite offensive.

Valpollicella · 16/03/2010 21:34

Oops sorry meant BritFish not BoF

Also on my list are Bill Hicks and Denis Leary (well, the stuff he ripped off from Bill Hicks )

GetOrfMoiLand · 16/03/2010 21:35

Billy Connolly 20 years ago, I should add.

Elemental · 16/03/2010 21:36

Love Daniel Kitson, Richard Herring, Stewart Lee, Armando Iannucci, Peter Serafinowcz, Tina Fey, George Carlin, oh so many I could go on all night.

Peter Kay is a massive knobber these days with his money grabbing and constant reissuing of all the same old shite.

maamalady · 16/03/2010 21:36

Can't go wrong with Eddie Izzard

fiveisanawfullybignumber · 16/03/2010 21:37

2old, great to see another rhod fan!
Eddie Izzard is great in the film 5 children & It, he voices It, the samead, very funny.

Valpollicella · 16/03/2010 21:39

can tell you're a fan, Evilgiraffe

Met him years ago. Just so nice and lovely

''Aaaargh, I'm covered in beeeees' still has me weeping with laughter

BitOfFun · 16/03/2010 21:43

For me it's got to be John Bishop.

sungirltan · 16/03/2010 21:44

eddie izzard going on about why don't the phasers on star trek have options other than stun/kill and suggesting they have an 'oh no i've left the oven on' option.

that and jack dee bitching about craft fairs. brilliant!!

can't do lee evans. he is funny by its the swaeting buckets through his suit i can't bear.
