Out with my two youngsters today and we were walking home from town down some back paths when i come across a massive group of teens, one says to me have you got 50p, i said no, as they walked off all i could hear was yeah i bet you havent. Why the hell cant they ask the parents i dont even know them. Its so intimidating.

lol at bully.....but if it makes you feel better

virtuously every post on las few pages has mentioned my name....so i answered

doesnt change the fact you are now less credible because you have added extra information today that could have been added either yesterday or in op

why??

probono · 18/02/2010 17:35

Tis ok. People were hard on you. Unnecessarily. Doesn't say anything about you. Don't be upset.

janeite · 18/02/2010 17:35

Sorry OP but you are just sounding silly now.

Tiredmumno1 · 18/02/2010 17:36

Well nit picking at someone on nearly every post in my eyes is bullying, and not once did i say i am anti teen, just anti bad behaviour, so how the hell i am i demonising teens it just happened to be a load of young louts this time

GypsyMoth · 18/02/2010 17:36

so now they are 'louts'??

probono · 18/02/2010 17:36
rainbowinthesky · 18/02/2010 17:37

oh god, you'll be hugging her next...

probono · 18/02/2010 17:38

oops sorry i can't join your gang

Tiredmumno1 · 18/02/2010 17:38

Jeez what is this pick on tiredmum well now i am knackered, and yes a bunch of grown people made me cry. You bloody happy, whats the fecking point, i just wanted a chat.

OP posts:
probono · 18/02/2010 17:40

Tiredmum you're alright you know. Please don't be upset.

GypsyMoth · 18/02/2010 17:40

well tiredmum i apologise if you're upset. i'm sorry.

Tiredmumno1 · 18/02/2010 17:42

I know probono thanks just had enough of trying to explain myself, i actually feel like i am at school

OP posts:
rainbowinthesky · 18/02/2010 17:42

If this thread is making you cry, perhaps you need some time away in real life. Honestly, not being mean, but if this thread has upset you that much then some time away might be good.

scanty · 18/02/2010 17:42

well she was probably reaching as she's not allowed to use 'teens' to describe the group in question. This lady is being pushed into a corner and picked at needlessly. Are you enjoying her discomfort?

probono · 18/02/2010 17:42

Tired, AIBU is like this. Just a circus. Don't let it get to you.

Tiredmumno1 · 18/02/2010 17:43

I dont see how being alone can help, but thanks

OP posts:
probono · 18/02/2010 17:43

oh rainbow why don't you shut up? if you can't be nice on a thread why don't you go back to real life and practise there?

rainbowinthesky · 18/02/2010 17:44

Not enjoying it but a bit concerned that someone lets a thread affect them in this way. I honestly cannot see where she has been so badly bullied.

probono · 18/02/2010 17:44

Tired, don't go away, just avoid AIBU for a bit as it's very beastly sometimes.

GypsyMoth · 18/02/2010 17:44

tiredmum....have said i'm sorry

are you new to mumsnet?

AIBU is not the best place to post,if you want a chat that is,as you said

sorry again

rainbowinthesky · 18/02/2010 17:45

Where have i been horrible?

Tiredmumno1 · 18/02/2010 17:45

I dont think i have ever actually been so upset

OP posts:
rainbowinthesky · 18/02/2010 17:47

Tiredmumofone - noone should be this upset by the internet. As someone said aibu usually invites a discussion adn people will disagree with you. Perhaps as already said too it would be better to stick to chat and other threads which dont ask if people agree with you or not.

probono · 18/02/2010 17:47

if you don't know then there's no hope

telling someone to go away when they're upset, honestly

god knows how you must deal with sensitive or even bullied children
