but, I can't imagine being with a man who "doesn't drive" (disabilities notwithstanding)

just someone too lazy to learn, who would let their OH chauffeur them around

there is something very appealing (sexy) about a man who drives well

mind you, I have a thing about a well-shaped wrist on a man , and driving in short sleeves shows that off to perfection

am I showing my age here ?

I don't really like cars, (they are hardly aesthetically pleasing are they?) and the children don't like travelling in them
I find people with cars can't believe we get by without one

OP: What a very depressing notion. It makes me despair of women, despair of the status that cars and driving seem to have achieved, despair of common sense and the ability to think. People imagine a man who can't drive is lazy? Now that takes some lazy thinking.

AF, YANBU... I can't be doing with men who don't get the driving thing. And a well toned wrist and forearm is a wonderful sight. I fell for "he who shall not be referred to" in a meeting when I couldn't take my eyes of his forearms.
