Money is tight.

Flowers die.

He went behind my back because he knew I'd be cross.

I am.

I would never dream of spending that much on my parents' anniversary.

AIBU?

If I am I will accept it and not put him in the doghouse tonight!

I think that if we are going to bring up other threads we should bring up the fact that GTG has just discovered she is pregnant.

So allowed to have been hormonal and unreasonable, now leave her alone, or I'll set the dogs on you.

Oh Cod will love that VS. People who complain about money being tight then have another child.

Congrats Gordon

GTG, don't ever call me hun

casbie · 03/09/2008 14:18

i would have hit the roof too!

my hubby doesn't think also before making expensive gestours (sp?), but after a few years of living with me, he know to discuss these things first.

as for flowers, lovely, but i would have bought some flowers and added foliage from garden and arranged them myself! about £25 worth!!

zippitippitoes · 03/09/2008 14:18

but you can only do that if you see the couple in question

chipmonkey · 03/09/2008 14:41

VS you OK, hun?
