wickedstepmom · 27/07/2008 20:19

She is now in her early 20s & was the result of a holiday fling. DP did not know of her existence until she was 18mths old.

She lives overseas with her mother, dp supports her financially.

The problem is she doesn't look like dp, his family or anyone on her mother's side . Her mother has stolen money from dp & used to blackmail dp by threatening to abandon dd if he did not transfer money to her bank account.

dp now wants her to stay over here & meet our ds, i've said not without DNA test first. he refuses. now having huge arguments about it.

Cashncarry · 28/07/2008 01:34

I don't mind rude at all - I mind uneducated bollocks though

Racism is racism whether you're from Guildford or Thailand - it pisses me off and if you'd ever had to face someone calling you names because of the colour of your skin you'd know why.

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:35

So cashncarry are you telling me that no one ever pretends to have a baby by the ricjh foreigner in order to have a cashcow in some 3rd world shit hole. Do you think everyone reads the Guardiaan and holds hands singing come by are and votes for obamama, what a lotm you know aout the nast foreigners

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:36

Anyway - no doubt this is helping the OP not at all and it doesn't seem to be lifting your mind out of the gutter so I'm done wasting my time.

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:38

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:39

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:42

you are getting pissed off becausde you are out of your depth and can not accept that non white people will use race as an excuse to rip off white peope or put another way poor dark foreigner will rip odd rich white sex tourist and both are as bad as each other

madamez · 28/07/2008 01:44

Look matey, just because the only way you can get sex is to pay for it does not make you an expert on other people's relationships. You are projecting. Now trot off and practice some more with your penis pump.

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:48

I think you may have bored them away.

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:58

I do hope not, one would hate to think that, such a shame oh dear never mind, what a pity.

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 01:58

Such is life.

bigfuckoffmoth · 28/07/2008 02:08

I have generally found that men who are so rude and bitter about sex workers are men with a misdirected sense of entitledment: they resent the fact that the only women who will sleep with them are the ones who are going to get paid for it.

TheLordFlasheart · 28/07/2008 02:17

and where have you got this experience from, having relationships with sex tourists, or have you not found that to be the case but shouting form another name makes you feel safer

solidgoldbrass · 28/07/2008 02:22

Since you ask: from having lots of sex workers friends.

manyhands · 28/07/2008 02:27

friends, oh I seeeeeeeee yea right

manyhands · 28/07/2008 02:27

so right about shouting from another name then

ThatBigGermanPrison · 28/07/2008 07:00

Good Lord.

This is absurd!

again, another thread has gone

"Am I being unreasonable?"

"yes, you jolly well are"

"No I am not, how could you, you don't live my life, how dare you comment!"

"But but but you asked!"

One person posts in Op's defense, op pounces on this as complete legitimisation of weird behavior, bunfight ensues.

Op - if this is the attitude you are going to continue with with your husband's daughter - your stepdaughter - be prepared for the idea that he may decide he doesn't trust you as much as he thought he did, and demands you take your son for a Dna test.

I can see why you would want one. I personally would like to hunt down my ex's father and string him up by the scrotum - but my ex doesn't want to contact him, and it's not, and has never been, my place to.

It's not that bad to want to - what is bad is to know it's wrong, controlling, paranoid and interfering and to demand the right to know anyway.

evangelina · 28/07/2008 08:18

OP, if your position can only be defended by the likes of the thelordflash, then I think you have the answer to your question.

sandy4 · 28/07/2008 08:20

(don't think op has commented since last night.)

at most of these comments...

Is it a con? with both mother & daughter fully aware he's not the father & using him for money?? The dd is in her 20s she should support herself. I didn't rely on my parents financially after the age of 18.

dps a bit dim to say the least with more money than sense & irresponsible sperm usage.

sounds like op is a new mum with complicated family background & priority to protect ds from being hurt.

OP - can you talk to dps family & friends, see what their take is on it, maybe they could provide the help & support you need.
