I remember reading a story years ago about a woman who went to his house to be interviewed for a cleaning job, he tried it on with her and she turned him down.. he sulked off wearing nothing but white boxers that according to her were smothered in shitty skid marks 🤢

Omg that's grim. But I heard he was a clean freak. Would he really walk round with visible skidders on the exterior of his undies while interviewing a cleaner? He's worse than even I could imagine then!

That's it.

My favourite was dobbin. He was cool.

Oh yes dobbin 😍😍😍

the poster is not saying we should have lower standards…she is recognising the unconscious bias/racism that black people are subject to every day and if you are a white male how unlikely it is that you would be defending him due to your privalege

again, why are you on a discussion thread trying to censor it as if it were a court of law or the media?

It could be a perversion

Makes him feel important and added bonus of attention from women. To be pitied truthfully.

ideally, I think all people irrespective of race, gender etc should be treated equally. However, there is plenty of evidence to show that white men are treated more leniently in court and in other situations. So no, I am not racist but I think that you might be, in the context of your comment about the Rotherham gangs.

MadnessInMyMethod · Yesterday 22:54

JemimaTiggywinkles · Yesterday 22:26

No, he does not. He has the right for the law and courts to treat him that way. The press must as well. But the rest of us are allowed to think whatever we want. And we can talk about it too. And, be honest for a second, would you trust him to take you 16yo daughter out for the evening?

But the rest of us are allowed to think whatever we want. And we can talk about it too.

Unless, it would seem, you are in the 'reserving judgement until the outcome of the trial - innocent until proven guilty' camp as that opinion doesn't seem to be allowed to be expressed.

Bit of a bellend
still
half the women here would have boned him without a second thought at the height of his popularity

I seriously doubt it. The guy was throwing himself in the most obscene way at every woman that so much as looked at him or had the misfortune to unwittingly cross his path. The guy liked FORCING himself on women, he actually liked REPULSING them so that they would resist him, put up a fight. If they actually did have consentual sex with him, that wasn't good enough. He would find something they didn't want to do, cause them to become frightened or upset, so he could turn it into coersion and rape.

Bit of a bellend? Are you a bit of a simpleton?

InterestedDad37 · Yesterday 22:59

An utterly grotesque person

hewasflirtingwithbeverleymacca · Yesterday 22:59

I watched a documentary about him after it all came out about what he’d done. There was some footage of him just wearing underpants in a busy street and he stood there urinating in them. It was before he became famous and they said it was a publicity stunt to get noticed. A bloke nearby shouted something at him like “you’re fucking sick!” Or words to that effect. They also showed some clips of his stand up. Really disgusting sexist misogynistic jokes about having sex with women.

Yes like some kind of eerie theatrical pirate / court jester hybrid predator, flamboyantly dressed and using 75 words when 3 would do in some sort of hypnotic fast paced way.

This x 1000!! Can't listen to him talking - such bollocking he spouts- way too many words!

It makes little sense that if you were reserving judgement, which you are at liberty to do, you would join a discussion thread because there would be no discussion

OneRareMauveUser · Yesterday 23:03

Another groomer🙄, when will people start seeing through these types.
Years of working in prisons and in mental health has taught me that vile men do not hang round the park in long macs . Everyone loves a psychopath and groomer until they show their true colours

ThisOldThang · Yesterday 23:04

Oh, but how people fawned over him when he was on Question Time and called Farage names.

There clearly is a discussion to be had because I (and a few others) disagree with those who seem to have tried and convicted him already.

There would only be no discussion to be had if everyone were reserving judgement, or everyone believed him guilty.

There's a difference of opinion, therefore there is a discussion to be had.

Everyone loves it when people call farage names, he gets all pissy and upset and writes letters to the BBC, "it's soooo unfair!"

I've had my post deleted yet it contained proven facts- men did mass rape in Rotherham, men in dresses do enter female facilities (I'll grab a pic of Eddie Izzard in the ladies if you like)
And yet an thread vilifying a man who has yet to be convicted- accusing him of all sorts- is allowed to fly
Shame on you Mumsnet- it's so dystopian

You won’t have had your post deleted because you said men committed mass rape in Rotherham. Obviously. Because they did. You’ll have had it deleted because you were suggesting to a poster that they would have been biased in favour of such men because of their race.

Next bit of your post:-
Innocent until proven guilty has its limits. It means no criminal sanctions without a fair trial, a principle I fiercely stand by. It refers to the high standard of proof required by virtue of the serious nature of those sanctions, which of course used to be death. It does NOT mean don’t slag someone off online for vile behaviour they have already admitted. He doesn’t, and shouldn’t, get more protection from such slagging off by virtue of the fact that he’s having a trial over even more serious matters.

Facing serious criminal charges entitles you to a fair trial. It doesn’t wipe all the pre-existing dirt off you that you’ve smeared yourself in.

Everything else aside, I always think he looks like a soap dodger. Looks like he has been pulled out of a skip.

Exactly this. Even before these allegations broke I could never fathom how women would go near him (consensually). He’s minging and as for his horrible nasally whining voice

Ineversaidthatactually · Yesterday 23:09

valentinka31 · Yesterday 20:26

He is a lesson in this:

He looks repugnant. He's always been creepy. And he is.

Actually to have sex with a woman then physically dominate her, 'flip her over', put her on all fours and penetrate her anally, while she screams and begs for him to stop, and then afterwards he says 'clean up the mess you've made' - of 'blood, semen and faeces' - how can we even find words to describe such a devil.

No punishment is too bad for him.

you are telling everyone to stop having their opinions and reserve judgement because we have to wait for what the court says

we are trying to discuss what we think now whilst you guys saying “no you cant possibly say” over and over again

that isn't a discussion, its censorship of others
