@elperil Few if any are prepared to surrender their masculinity and be considered anything but alpha male

Being less masculine and less aggressive would mean that no women would be romantically interested in those men.

What red pill, manosphere, trust me bro arsehole told you THAT?
Try asking WOMEN what women want. It'll get you further.

What’s with axes all of a sudden too? I’ve been hearing a lot about crimes with axes in the last month. I never heard of those in use before.

OMG.

https://metro.co.uk/2026/10/09/first-picture-woman-killed-seaside-axe-attack-man-charged-murder-29696842/

Woman in her 40s found dead & man in hospital after late-night ‘axe attack’ in seaside town as murder suspect arrested

what a cretin “He also faces charges for three separate alleged offences: assault by beating, a racially aggravated public order offence, and assault on an emergency worker.”

As if being a murderer isn’t bad enough. He’s just a disgusting out of control racist violent misogynist thug too.

I suspect it will come out she was his ex and the other person injured was either a bystander trying to help or a new boyfriend.

It's all so depressing. Guy locally was speeding in his BMW (they should just autotag this brand) at 111mph, didn't stop at a roundabout and smashed into a family car killing the mum and seriously injuring her son. He got 7 years in prison and 8 yr driving ban. That is all! They didn't mention if he had false plates but I would bet he did and had been driving like that for years with no consequence. Such self entitled pricks getting a slap on the wrist for murder and choices they make purely to show off! https://www.kent.police.uk/news/kent/latest/policing-news/jail-for-dangerous-driver-who-caused-death-of-dover-mum-in-family-car/

They won’t believe you.

The right wing bros (ultra masculine apparently despite the fact they ‘podcast’ - aka whinge and gossip - for a living), are instructing people that women secretly live to money grab, cheat, have abortions and try to wriggle off the hook from any ‘accountability’.

Despite the fact men commit the most violent and sexual crime by a LONG shot, are less likely to be caring for or paying for their own kids etc.

But nope - we lack ‘accountability’.

OsfameronTanamoril · Today 09:14

Really hoped that MN would be a place safe from men telling us that women want aggressive masculine men.
But no. The red pills are here too.

😆That made me laugh. It's so true. The irony that these males talk about being masculine and alpha when there's nothing that says 'I'm a thoroughly beta male' than whingeing and gossiping on a podcast..

Women want men who are kind, caring, funny, and great in bed. Sadly that's all too difficult for them (especially the last one, being great in bed, very few of them are), so they spend their sad time online talking shite.

They can't stay away from women. They need us as we saw with the gender wang crap. Angry men demanding to have access to women and children's spaces. Just fck off.

EmeraldShamrock000 · Today 09:42

It is every day across all sections of society.
Very sad for her poor children and all the poor children left without both parents.
Why can’t the men just leave. Just fuck off somewhere else. Vicious.

One officer is normally all that's available at the time.
And are you saying because she is female then she will be useless?

At work 2 weeks ago we had a large, and I mean massive, man "kicking off" and making threats, in a public building. He was around 6ft and built. Police were called, the attending officer was a very small female. She took one look and said no I can't deal with thay so had to wait for back up. It doesnt make her useless, but clearly not capable of safely dealing with a large violent man.

Edited

honestly that is disgusting. He needs a lifetime driving ban for that. Why on earth would he ever be allowed to get behind the wheel of a car again? It’s worrying that he would even want to.

I love how men “joke” about women being bad drivers but more often these terrible car accidents involve a man speeding or driving recklessly.

Trumpsorangetan · Today 11:10

And that poster who is saying women want aggressive macho men should be ignored. They’re a whiny resentful misogynist who is always saying the most bizarre things on every thread.

Dragonfly97 · Today 16:34

And people wonder why the birth rate is dropping! Any young women would do well to put themselves first, as men have always done. Our hormones are a curse to us,since the menopause my eyes have been opened to how women are treated, whatever we do.

Maybe young women are putting their own future security first, and realising that marriage and children aren't the best things for them. So many end up in poverty, raising children alone.

And it would have been the same if a lone male officer attended.
They all have an option to withdraw and wait for other officers if they need to.

The lone female officer who attended the murder scene obviously didn't think she needed to.

We need to move to a female led community situation. In matrilocal societies (where a husband moves into the wife's family home), women remain surrounded by their lifelong network of mothers, sisters, and aunts. This strong female coalition serves as a massive deterrent against domestic violence and male-on-male infighting. Female communes get my vote.
Men can go off and be angry and play with their dicks somewhere else.

Yeah I'd be up for this. I believe sexual assault continues even in residential homes for the elderly. I'd be happy in a women only commune of some sort. Strength in numbers, etc.

I have always said if I won the euro millions I would buy a Scottish island and start a women-only community. Male children would be welcome until age 16 then they would have to move off the island (usually I guess mum would want to go with them and it would free up a house for a new family). But it would enable single mums sick of men to raise their kids in peace, free from the worry of predators etc

No, it wouldn’t.

I won’t be too specific but I know about this through work. Sadly lone female officers are nearly always inadequate in the face of male violence and very often the victims of serious assault, unable to physically stand their ground. Lone male officers are nowhere near as vulnerable.

I predict it would take about ten minutes for transwomen to start demanding access to your island and only five for the manosphere to start complaining that it's NOT FAIR! And whataboutthemen? Where's OUR island? Feminism gone too far and other assorted nonsense.

None of them will see that they are proving your point of course.

We need to educate ourselves and our daughters on how to choose ‘good’ men.

So I got physically abused by my ex who was as "good" as they come - until he wasn't - because I chose poorly?

Usually there are signs. Whilst it’s true that some times there are none such as your case most of time there were signs. I ignored them myself and found out the hard way to trust my instincts in future. So yes making sure young women are confident and understand red flags will prevent some of this violence because those women will walk away early on and not end up married with kids to violent men.

FGS - women are more often attacked for the first time when pregnant.
Are we meant to learn how to use a crystal ball as well?

I had zero signs until he punched me in the face one day and cracked my cheekbone.

I've worked with many DV survivors and there are many, many familiar tales.

It's not about women's confidence, it's about men not being cunts.
