When I said no records exist I meant of crimes. And they do not for the reasons outlined in the post.

If you did take stats courses at Uni, then what is your excuse for pretending that confounding factors do not matter and direct comparisons of raw data from two very different populations is statistically valid? What is your excuse for making completely unworkable suggestions to address common confounding factors?

Because, it may have been amusing for you to pretend statistics don’t need to be done correctly, but this is no laughing matter. We are talking about sexual assault and immigration. This affects the lives of everyone involved.

Ok, but the links you provided show that some records do exist of crimes in war zones. How else has the ICC issued arrest warrants for war crimes? The title even says ‘why every crime is not reported’ - some crimes do get reported.

Because it’s usually not major war criminals that get on boats, it’s just low level men whose crimes have not been recorded or noted in any way due to the reasons in that post.
