AIBU to worry about large numbers of undocumented men arriving in Spain?

Thousands of young men from Morocco and beyond swimming to Spain. Spain obviously has encouraged the problem with their amnesty for existing migrants, but thousands more arriving with no means of support and undocumented is going to cause huge problems. Large numbers will no doubt be ultimately trying to reach the UK.

It’s harsh, but we cannot accept infinite numbers of men.

So maybe don't keep yourself to yourself?

Go and speak to someone from a different community, they might surprise you and vice versa.

If you read my post with any level of comprehension you’ll see that I’m asking a simple question. But I never got any answers.

I have a beef with virtue signalling pps who think the UK should welcome all illegal immigrants. How? Where will they live? Where EXACTLY will they live?

You must have heard of the housing crisis and be aware of the vast number of houses being built all over agricultural land around the UK?? And apparently thousands more are still needed. So…where will these people live if we already have a problem accommodating our current population?

Personally I think the issue ISN’T how many come, it’s how slowly we process applications for asylum. If we poured our rage and effort into processing the applications at a sensible rate then those who remained would be the genuine asylum seekers people often claim they “don’t mind” and those they object to (the economic migrants) would be returned.

Cologne was unforgivable, but the paltry prosecutions almost certainly wasn't because the people committing the assaults were migrants and therefore given special treatment. Germany has a history of being really bad at prosecuting rape/sexual assault and giving incredibly low sentences when they do convict someone. There are all sorts of reasons for this. See also the very "see no evil" approach to the sex trafficking which feeds German brothels, and the huge increase in demand that things like the world cup caused. That included British men buying package "all orifice" deals. The Romanian/Eastern European women who see multiple clients every night and in many cases didn't even know they would be doing that work prior to arrival in Germany are women just the same as the women assaulted in Cologne.

None of that excuses what happened then. But pretending this is an isolated problem with migrants only is putting your head in the clouds a bit. The Cologne assaults were portrayed as terrible by the right because it was public, and affected the wrong type of women in their eyes. None of them give a damn about the right kind of woman going through the same (and worse) experiences behind closed doors. I'm perfectly happy for the migrant assaulters to be put in a trebuchet and fired back to their countries of origin. But pretending it's only a migrant problem gets in the way of actually stopping the secual exploitation of vulnerable women.

They won’t. Their tiny liberal brains simply cannot compute that it isn’t working! There is no Multi-Cultural utopia. Instead, due to their inability to see past what they’re led to believe, by their chosen outlets, that it is a fantastic ideal of cultures living, working and getting along magnificently, they simply label anyone else, with differing experiences, racist, xenophobic or bigoted. It’s tiring and it’s lazy.

But there's certain countries, eg Afghanistan or Sudan, where nearly all claims are accepted. And men from these countries are a DISASTER for women. Processing them any quicker isn't going to reassure me.

I’ve seen people make a distinction between ‘multicultural’ and ‘multiethnic’, point being that while the latter can describe a cohesive society where people from different backgrounds share the values of the country in question, a ‘multicultural’ society can mean separate groups living alongside each other without interacting much or even creating parallel communities.

I think about Brexit sometimes and I tell myself at least now we have the power to deny entry .. who knows what will happen in a few years if a nation decides to actually give them citizenship and EU free movement.

Ukraine warns against Russian disinformation seeking to exploit migration crisis in Ceuta

Ukrainian foreign minister Andrii Sybiha has warned against a “an intensive Russian propaganda campaign across Europe using pictures from Ceuta to sow destabilisation.”

“There have been more than 1,500 publications on outlets identified by analysts as a pro-Russian network, led by Pravda and RT. Pravda Spanish has posted almost 300 of them. Every language edition of RT has pushed more than 25 news items on the issue.”

He added:

“For years, Moscow has used migration and other sensitive topics to stoke fear and destabilise European countries.

That went well for my elderly cousin. He was cutting his back lawn and went to introduce himself over the garden fence to the two new ladies who had moved in next door. Within seconds the men of the house were out to tell him , aggressively, that he was not to speak to the women as he was not from their culture. An 8 foot fence was erected shortly after. He and his wife eventually ended up being the only non-Asian household in their cul-de-sac. They had neighbours constantly asking to buy their house because "surely you don't want to be the only white people" . Yeah, that went really well.

Thank you, yes I agree quite a number of the rioters were there for the thrill of being violent. What I also know is that on the other side where those anti protesters were demonstrating, and in the large numbers of police present, and in the mosque communities present there will also have been a large number of men who have also committed dv. I make no excuse for any of them.

How easy is it to return people though? In some cases it might be not even clear where they came from, and you would also need agreements with their home countries to take them
back.

There was a poster who whilst we said all this and said how horrific VAWG was in those nations and that those men were dangerous just parroted (the still sad) thing "all girls in school in England get harassed by classmates".

Your elderly cousin only has himself to blame, it sounds like those Asians were just playing hard to get and he needed to make more of an effort.
