But with all the shit in the world going on, and true escapism is anyone else thoroughly excited about the "potential" TS/TK nuptials?

I find I'm far too invested! Pathetic to be so interested? Very possibly but I don't care!

Nope for me. A decoy wedding would be a disgusting show of needless excess and waste. I would be far far far more impressed of they had a wedding at a farm in front of 200 of their nearest and dearest.

Gratuitous displays of excessive wealth arent my go to on a Saturday.

Two things can be true at the same time. Here's a thought - donate the 26m and DONT be a showy, wasteful, cant read the room in a time of social and environmental crises couple.

Use that fame and wealth to do it better.

No apologies needed at all. She donated a shed ton of cash to food banks and other causes when she was touring over here.

She's earned her money, and she also gives back. Some people can't do right for doing wrong.

I only know two Taylor Swift songs, but they are both intensely catchy. The Cray Cray one, and Christmas Tree Farm which gets played in the kitchen every December while I make mince pies.

I love all the drama around it! I love the love Travis and Taylor seem to have for each other and wish them so much happiness - they radiate love and joy and they share it with millions around the world who outnumber the haters! ❤️

I saw an article that quoted an actress (Busy Phillips) as saying that basically every celeb wedding she’d been to has been disturbed by paparazzi helicopters. So I imagine for Taylor swift’s wedding you could multiply that by quite a lot. So I think a venue you can completely lock down, no point trying to hide that it’s happening but who cares because no helicopter or drone can see you, would be very appealing.

I hope we get a picture of the dress/dresses though. I’m still hoping we get a picture of Zendaya’s wedding dress as she always looks amazing (yes I know these people have a right to privacy and don’t owe us pictures, I’m just saying I’d like to see).
I’d also love to see what they’ve transformed the inside of MSG into.

Blake and Ryan aren’t there. They’ve been pictured somewhere else - some kind of horse event, for one of their children I think.

I'm sick of people shaming big weddings. Your wedding isn't better or likely to result in a longer marriage just because it is small. There's nothing wrong with a big party.

If they have money, isn't it good that they spend it? This wedding will have employed so many people. Plus they've given loads to charity.

I think they're already married & this is the wedding reception/party.
I reckon they either slipped away somewhere weeks or ago maybe even tied the knot in London last November as they were filming the Opalite video then.
The wedding bell sounds are so much louder in the Opalite video than on the album - and Taylor loves her Easter eggs........or it's just a big blooming coincidence.

I hope they're having a great time & like @NeverTalksToStrangers2 I just want to see the dresses too.
