Noted that Harriet Sperling was at Ascot today .... as the press keep reporting she's an NHS nurse do you think someone swapped shifts with her today. Will her roster be flexible for the new jaunts???

Yes, @EnormousGinpleaseI think you’re right on the money with your suspicions that she is never ever at work! it’s absolutely clear that she has left children crying and unattended on a ward without a backward glance just so she can swan about in a dress she shouldn’t be able to afford on some royal jaunt. All this while her patients are dropping like flies of some medieval plague while her valiant NHS colleagues hold things together knowing that from now on she will spend all her time drinking champagne and kicking the serfs.

She has definitely got above herself and not being at her NHS post on a Wednesday is the sort of thing that could finally topple our healthcare system. I expect she flashed her wedding certificate at the hospital HR director and told him her Wednesdays are now ring-fenced for spending the day with chinless Barbour wearers.

It's shocking, isn't it? No doubt she took food from the children's ward for their picnic as well. Shameless.

Probably even took the plastic plates from the play kitchen too.
