To think Nigel Farage should be locked up?

He was inciting violence with his “address to the nation” speech, calling for rage.

Meanwhile, he doesn’t care when women are actually murdered by the police

Surely enough is enough and they need to take action?

Nigel Farage MP (@Nigel_Farage) on X

We must not allow the tragic murder of a young woman turn into attacks on men and attacks on the police.

Depends what the issue is to what they actually believe…. If Henry dying in cold blood at the hands of a man of colour watched by police and disbelieved then ACTUALLY HANDCUFFED IN HIS LAST MINUTES is not the proof then what is?

The police prioritising the person they believe to be a victim over the person they believe to be the culprit is not evidence of two tier policing. It happens on a daily basis to people of all backgrounds.

EssexLounger · 04/06/2026 09:46

Lock him up, just like Nelson Mandela.

Is rage that different to anger and fury, words used by Khan and others after George Floyd?

Irrelevant, I'm not talking about George Floyd. I'm talking about Farage.

Monty36 · 04/06/2026 09:48

What bastard injures a police dog ? What sort of person is that ?

Imagine having a brick through your window.
Of finding your garden wall demolished because they wanted bricks to throw ?

Just a reminder that when Sarah Everard was murdered by a Policeman he (Farage) said "We must not allow the tragic murder of a young woman turn into attacks on men and attacks on the police" and called for calm.

Edited

Yes because he doesn't give a shit, just like Starmer who for some reason only takes the knee for black American men killed by the police, and not for white British women.

PoppingZits · 04/06/2026 09:49

Agree!
Amongst his crazy fans are Robert Kenyon, Danny Kruger, Bonnie Blue (and her thousands of men)
And people are stupid enough to think that Reform UK, that Farage is the change this country needs. 😂 You couldn’t make this shit up!

Bustarold · 04/06/2026 09:49

Farage decided to turn up to Parliament yesterday as he saw an opportunity to use a teenager's death to recoup some momentum. He's a disgrace, totally shameless corrupt individual, for sale to the highest bidder. Anyone who thinks he loses a moment's sleep over this tragedy or the lives of 'ordinary people', is deluded.

Non answer. Sometimes it’s ok for politicians to use words such as fury and anger.

Yet people are arrested for holding a piece of cardboard??

I don't have to answer your questions, I'm sick of you quoting so many of my posts and trying to derail the point.

DrMorbius · 04/06/2026 09:52

Does anyone on here really think this case would be front and center in the media, if it wasnt for Farage, Jenrick et al, in the first instance?
This appalling crime happened 7 months ago, and this is the first I have heard about.
Strange that isn't it?

Your point isn't relevant to the topic and neither is it correct.

To be fair, it took him a while to realise.

As bad as members of the community that practice FGM, marry their daughters off at 12, have multiple wives, make them cover themselves from head to toe, and form child grooming gangs, eh...?

For the hard of thinking Farage is not calling for attacks on police he is calling for people to be allowed to be angry (as only the left currently after allowed to be) - not at the police as this is a much wider issue than this - we should be angry at the politicians and their toxic policies.

OP do you not feel cold hard rage against Henry's killer, the murders family and the Police officers that handcuffed Henry and to brass that lied to Henry's family for months? I certainly feel it and i don't need to wait until i am told by a politician. Farage is not someone i would vote for but he has the right to highlight just what is going on in this country. There is a two tier system in Policing, the justice system and housing. We have a Prime minister that won't support our country's values or heritage and takes great delight in making sure our veterans are prosecuted. British people are fed up and have the right to voice their opinion and take to the streets in peaceful protest. I don't agree with the violence but i can understand why it happens.

Henry’s family are part Polish. Do you include that side of his family in your definition of British people? When does someone become British?

nobodyssons · 04/06/2026 07:16

Can you provide the actual documents and proof, rather than saying “it’s undeniable” with no proof?

Why do you say that? There have been plenty of very recent examples, the 14 rapists being effectively let off. The training at Hants Police.

What on earth are we doing in the UK.

The scary ones are the people who say let him have a shot at PM as he can't be worse than the current lot and what harm can he do. The harm he can do could be irreversible. Imagine if he wins and doesn't have a big enough majority to form a government so enters into a coalition with restore. The UK would make 1920's Italy look like a hippy commune.

QuintadosMalvados · 04/06/2026 07:58

No.
They should not be front and centre. Sorry.
Action should be taken to prevent what happened to poor Henry happening again.

This requires debate.

It is in my opinion idiotic to suggest this should be swept under the carpet because of what his family say.

As terrible as I feel for them, and I'm trying to say this in as kind a way as possible, genuinely I am, their opinion on what politicians do next is not relevant.

How awful to have so little sympathy for a family grieving the death of a beloved child.

This is the person I have been waiting to hear comment. A respected member of our second house, and a grieving mother:

Speaking in the House of Lords on Wednesday, Baroness Lawrence, the mother of the murdered teenager Stephen Lawrence, shared her condolences with the Nowak family.
She said: "I think what's happened with him should never have happened.
"And the police should be at fault for what happened on that night."

Anyone who does not feel rage at the racial discrimination demonstrated while a young innocent boy lay dying, should do some soul searching as well.

I feel rage at the police for this and many, many other things. Their behaviour as an organisation is awful.
That doesn't mean I can't also feel absolute disgust that a man has chosen to use this purely so that he can become richer and more powerful. He gives not one fuck about policing or stabbings or the death of young men. Or the rapes of young girls. But he does like the fact that they make him more likely to be given more five million pound gifts.

He is used people's anger and sadness and fear for himself. Anyone that did that for floyd's death is equally an arsehole
