For a nation to say they care about women and girl rights and liberation, and then to bomb a school wtf?!

I can’t get my head around this. They were just little girls 😞

DomPom47 · 04/03/2026 02:36

It’s sickening. Nothing will happen to the two countries who did this as they are beyond international law. All those lives and potentials lost. So incredibly sad.

Foggybottomblues · 04/03/2026 02:41

It is very sad but there is no evidence this was caused by US/. Israeli forces. The evidence points to a failed Iranian rocket launch.

Monty27 · 04/03/2026 02:41

😫😭

CakeMeHomeIveSeenEnough · 04/03/2026 03:26

I wouldn't be so quick to pin the blame on the US or Israel. It's a tragic loss of young lives, however it happened, but we don't know the details. Personally, I don't place much trust in information originating solely from the Iranian regime.

Shitmonger · 04/03/2026 04:21

Yes, sadly it looks like it was a failed Iranian rocket that caused this. Those poor girls.

Llamallamafruitpyjama · 04/03/2026 04:35

Iran missile. Very sad regardless I can’t imagine how the families of the girls feel.

Butterfly44 · 04/03/2026 04:37

Over 200 children were killed by the Iranians themselves in the protests last month. Many older teenagers and youth in the estimated 30k+ killed, and large number still in prison. Doctors who treated the wounded arrested or killed. Right now Iranians are firing missiles all over the place. It’s possible it was their own gone wrong as some reports say. Internet is down in the country with only regime narrative allowed.

Iocanepowder · 04/03/2026 04:39

Please put tiktok down op. As PP’s have said, it’s quite possible this wasn’t a US/Israeli bomb, which any news channel will tell you.

Everynamehasgone99 · 04/03/2026 04:57

Whenever something awful like this happens, they ALWAYS say it was a failed bomb by the other side. Are you really that gullible?

This isn’t Gaza you know. You can’t use those same excuses.

Newspapers report absolute bollocks a lot of the time.

Certainly not gullible enough to automatically believe anything that comes from Iranian ‘officials’.

Right?

Those guys who have historically valued the lives of little girls so highly...

I posted this elsewhere but when the carpark at a hospital in Gaza was bombed people said it was Israel but it turned out to be islamic jihad. In a war situation I wouldn’t assume. Also the Israelis and the USA don’t benefit in any way from bombing a school full of kids. It would not make any sense when you have a supportive population to bomb a school on purpose. They may very well have done it by accident. Iranian twitter is saying the IRCG is responsible.

Try to just use logic here. Iran is currently bombing countries that have not attacked it or allowed anyone to use their soil to launch attacks, yesterday they threatened Turkey and Azerbaijan. They bombed Oman twice and Oman only acted as mediators. This is not a reasonable leadership, they constantly churn out propaganda.

PurpleAxe · 04/03/2026 05:40

I don't know who bombed the girl's school. But I am interested in hearing from those who are sure the US/Israel did it, on WHY they think they would target a school.

Not whether it was a mistrike/bad intel/debris/Iran itself, or whatever.

But WHY would the US/Israel deliberately fire on a school full of little girls?

Do you think it was strategic? They are just evil? What would be the point?

"Iranian twitter is saying the IRCG is responsible."
Snopes says that has been proven wrong.

I said that what Iranian twitter said. I also said the americans could have done it. The point is that no-one actually knows yet.

I think it was bad Intel. Before it was a girls school, it was a military base. From NBC: "Both the Minab official and the mother who spoke to NBC News said the school facility was built on a Revolutionary Guard base. The base closed around 15 years ago, and all military personnel were moved, although the school stayed open, they said."

So old/bad intel?

Bringemout · 04/03/2026 05:48

To be honest given that they managed to kill khomeini in the first hour and then the panel of experts trying to elect a leader, as they were doing, it I doubt their info on active bases is wrong.

Iranians have been putting out pictures of basji in schools, I remember Iranians talking about it a few weeks ago and posting pictures of IRCG forces moving onto school sites. Help one of their spokesmen literally held a press conference in a school yesterday. So as I said the americans could have done it. Very Hamasy of them.

I just don’t trust anything the IRCG says or does tbh.
