Good idea to give him an Escape room experience on his Birthday!

Can you post a link to this please? I've not heard about this case. Thank you.

I posted about it earlier. It is a particularly weak conspiracy theory with no actual evidence at all. Young woman went missing at a time when TAFKP was no where near Sandringham (at Balmoral). Her body was found on the Sandringham estate months later. Police had two suspects local to the area she went missing but could not find enough evidence to charge.
The Sandringham estate is vast and crossed by several public roads. The poor victim had been dumped over a mile from Sandringham House on a remote part of the estate with open access to the public.

I don't think it was Epstein that did the 'Epstein'!

Kinda my point!! :-)

Edited - too late for a Paris tunnel!

The BBC have just said that Buckingham palace and the King were not told in advance about Andrew’s arrest, which is interesting.

Of course they could nt be told . He would have had time to react otherwise.
Its like when I worked in child protection- you absolutely do nothing in certain situations - so as not to affect evidence for the police etc .
its absolutely vital they were not told , not should they be .

I was thinking how convenient it was that Andrew just massively downsized and presumably dumped lots of stuff.

If he goes down, he will have to be on the special wing for his protection.

Can hardly moan about the security!

I THINK I'VE JUST SPOTTED SARAH FERGUSON

Please do not share this and keep it confidential but Sarah Ferguson has not publicly been seen since 25 September 2025. But this morning I'm 90% she was in front of me in Greggs on services M4, she bought the bacon bap meal deal and a cup of tea (she actually asked for a pot of tea but they do not offer this). When it was my turn to be served the lady on counter said 'was that who I think it was'

Daysgo · 19/02/2026 14:28

I'm glad that Andrew faces some embarrassment and discomfort even if, as I think, it'll go no where. But fact remains, this govt could move to deport criminals, found guilty of raping children , etc... I dont think it'll happen tho. It'll also go no where. Labour, protectors of the working class...

Can we keep the anti-immigrant nonsense out of one subject today please?

Won’t it cost bazillions to protect him though? Although that said, it probably does anyway.

Maybe it would cost less as it is already a high security building?

If it were a 'nice' prison would it be worse than boarding school in the 70's?

Aiming4Optimistic · 19/02/2026 14:31

I do feel sorry for his daughters - they were raised by A and S. How does someone form a strong moral compass when raised by people who wouldn't recognise one if it stabbed them in the face?

Children are inclined to love and trust their parents, to view right and wrong according to what their parents show them. To make excuses because they love them. Seemingly everyone around AMW let him live this way, inc TLQ - seems a bit much to expect the daughters (who were young for much of this), to buck that trend.

It's possible to have some sympathy for B and E and also for Epstein's victims - it's not one or the other.

AME strikes me as someone who was educated and promoted beyond his abilities. Combined with his huge sense of entitlement, that put him in the path of men like Epstein, who would want to exploit that. His best defence imo is that he was not intelligent enough to know what he was giving away - that I would be inclined to believe!

Do you think this would be happening if Farage was PM, given his friendship with Trump?

He might need brown trousers, though!

Hope he now names all the other redacted names from the files and his arrest is only the first. Andrew is a disgusting man but he’s not the only one, this mustn’t stop with Andrew.

This arrest has nothing to do with the Epstein affair

Lavaday · 19/02/2026 14:41

Thinking of poor Virginia (I know the arrest is not in direct connection to Epstein but Virginia exposed their depravity to the world). Used and abused by evil men. Including her own father 😢. RIP.

Regardless of what happens with the police investigation Andrew has blood on his hands. And so do the entire RF who protected him. I was absolutely appalled when the arrogant loser attended the royal church service at Sandringham on Christmas Day. Sick of the lot of them

I was thinking how convenient it was that Andrew just massively downsized and presumably dumped lots of stuff.

With luck they will cease laptops/ tablets/ phones etc. I presume Royal communications and data are well backed-up and protected and now there is a criminal investigation the police presumably should be able to access all of that even if he has disposed of his own devices.

The authorities have said “nobody is above the law” so let’s see now if this is true and he is treated like any other suspect with ALL of his data obtained and scrutinised. I suspect that will uncover lots of evidence of multiple offences if they do their job properly and don’t allow the Royals an opt-out of justice and to redact things that they don’t wish the public to know. If they try to do that it may bring down the entire institution so would be ill-advised.

Let’s hope that this also leads by proxy to many of their other nefarious financial and other behaviour being uncovered and a complete rethinking of their role in public life, funding, and requirements for transparency, observing the law and paying tax on the same terms as everyone else from now on: no more exceptions.

luckylavender · 19/02/2026 14:43

Muffinmam · 19/02/2026 10:28

Finally!!!

Police also need to reopen the murder investigation of the Latvian woman whose body was found near Andrew’s house.

Andrew is an evil POS.

If only Virginia Andrews Guiffre were still here to see. Her children should be so proud of her.

So much mis information about. This has nothing to do with the girls, it's to do with his time as trade envoy.

Dappy777 · 19/02/2026 14:43

An American colleague commiserated with me about it!! I thanked her, but told her not to. The royals mean nothing to me. This is yet another example of what a bunch of ugly, vulgar, arrogant, entitled gargoyles they really are.

My national pride is rooted in Shakespeare and Jane Austen and George Eliot and Dickens and Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin and the Brontes and Wordsworth and Keats and Wilfred Owen and Virginia Woolf. Any country that can produce Bertrand Russell and Aldous Huxley and George Orwell in one generation is alright by me. I’m proud of Oxford and Cambridge, of Alan Turing and the discovery of DNA. It’s this island’s contribution to the life of the mind, to the world of literature and science, that gives me pride, not that bunch of ghastly imbeciles. Harry is basically a chav with a posh accent. In fact, I doubt any of them have ever finished a serious book. Even P. G. Wodehouse and David Bowie and the Beatles give me more pride. All we ask is that they behave with a bit of dignity and grace, and they can’t even do that! Ditch the lot of them.
