The issue with negative migration is that when you look at the statistics the people who are leaving the uk (British citizens not temporarily resident) are highly educated and wealthy. Those arriving here are generally less educated and have few financial resources so despite working can often be reliant on state support with universal credit and access to social housing. This is not economically sustainable.

Well many are also leaving because they don’t like the direction in which the country is headed with the upsurge in racism and fascism, including skilled workers.
