Fed up hearing the breaking news....Andrew has left royal lodge.
So what, hes moving from one mansion to another. With lakeys waiting to clean the place and people to shop and cook for him. Etc etc.

As if hes going to ever live like us plebs.

And his victims will never get justice

Googling suggests he has a fortune of around £3m and an income of £20k. Of course by normal standards having that kind of fortune makes you rich but it certainly doesn't provide enough security to house and support himself securely for the rest of his life, especially given the hat a target he will be.

I suspect he has far more than that. The Queen Mother and QEII both left vast personal fortunes behind, albeit they would have been cleverly distributed to avoid inheritance tax.

I’ve literally just thought the same thing on hearing the ‘big news’ that he’s moving from one free mansion on a beautiful private estate to another slightly smaller one today. Poor him. Living in an house the rest of us can only dream of as a reward for doing nothing but acting like a total disgrace for most of his life. Hardly a punishment is it. Send him to a little flat on a new build estate and let him fend for himself I would suggest. And even that would be doing him too many favours.
It’s just a nonsense isn’t it. And grossly unjust. To his victims. To the tax payers that fund him indirectly. To anyone with a sense of decency really.
Ive no time for the royals really but if we must have them I harbour some hope that when William gets to wear the hat, the first thing he does is kick his awful uncle out of any royal residences, and stop his allowance.

By the time William is King Andrew might be dead. At any rate I think he's more concerned with keeping Harry away than Andrew.(despite the fact Andrew is a criminal and Harry is just a complete idiot).
Andrew should be in prison. I'm sick of the rich and famous being above the law. Or he should have been moved to a one room shack miles from anywhere. At least we're not paying for him but it still makes me sick.

I hope he hates his new “cottage” which I think he will considering his arrogance and entitlement.

Yes I expect he will. He will also be really stinging forever for losing his titles.

Moonmelodies · 04/02/2026 08:57

Are any retired Royal Navy officers living in 2-up-2-down houses?

luckylavender · 04/02/2026 08:58

He’s out of the way, away from all his network. I also think he may be brought to justice.

luckylavender · 04/02/2026 08:59

Vile man

Sartre · 04/02/2026 08:59

I don’t think he ever could though, he’ll always need some level of privacy and security purely because of his entitled birthright. If he were a lesser royal nobody really knew about it could be justified but since he’s brother to the current king, he’s too high profile. The paps would be on his case constantly which would be a total nightmare for his neighbours too.

I don't disagree, but I find it so interesting that those in the Epstein files who are from outside the US are universally condemned, stripped of jobs, titles, face police investigations etc, while those in the US face seemingly no negative effects at all. I don't see Musk or Trump losing anything!

Well Farage has been protected.

nam3c4ang3 · 04/02/2026 09:00

Thank God the Queen is dead - this would have finished her. Andrew is a twat - hopefully he fades into obscurity along with that ghastly ex wife of his. This has been a long time coming, once William comes into power - its really going to get worse for the pervert Andy.

Womanofcustard · 04/02/2026 09:02

I came on to say this. Where's the police investigation? Anyone else would be getting their hard drive checked.

The police have now said that they will be checking Peter Mandelson’s ‘devices’!

She did know some of it but obviously chose not to believe it. £12,000,000 payout ........

He's brought it on himself. Charles has two other siblings, Anne and Edward, and they aren't anywhere near as high profile because they're not fucking entitled nasty arseholes.

smallglassbottle · 04/02/2026 09:04

He needs to be moved into a one bedroomed, damp flat in Hull and made to work in B&M for minimum wage. That'd wake him up.

Bloozie · 04/02/2026 09:06

I'm glad he's not in a property that is part-taxpayer funded any more.

I'm not sure the King harbouring a sleazy grifting morally bankrupt possible sex offender who is actively avoiding helping the American DoJ investigate a people trafficking paedophile in his own (very lovely) privately funded property is a great look for the monarchy/UK, brother or not.

It has sullied the Queen, all the work she done, only for her youngest son to destroy her legacy.
Thankfully she isn't here to witness the fall-out .

Sullied the queen?! The same one who paid off his victim, who refused to do what Charles did and strip him of his titles and for whom reportledly Andrew was her fave child? That queen?!?

MyDeftDuck · 04/02/2026 09:07

Much as it is abhorrent that he will have servants to do his cleaning, shopping etc at least that will deter him from strolling around the locality perving at women and young girls whilst shopping for his morning paper and daily pinta.

Any spare uninhabited islands in the Royal Estate?

He is spoilt, entitled and has always had everything handed to him on a silver plate. When you think how hard some people work ,for often less than a 2 up 2 down its a mockery! PC is an honourable man ,who works hard and has done a good job.he must be mortified. With him and Camilla they are a good team .As in Princess Margaret though the "spare"can lose their way a bit.

wonder why you think Charles is honourable?
Numerous affairs with married women including affair with CPB, then marrying a woman barely out of her teens who they expected to be malleable?
His tax evasion and avoidance, lobbying government ministers to avoid tax on his vast estates along with the Queen?
Then protecting and defending abusers like Bell? Friends with Mountbatten?

The point is he is moving out of a state owned property. He is now living on the charity of his brother, on the Sandringham estate which is prvately owned, costs us nothing and can hopefully be used as leverage to persuade him to stay out of the public eye.

Off topic but FYI sandringham is not privately owned in any real sense .
Victoria begged for money for poor Albert and that money then bought Sandringham .
And all that the Windsors have they took from the taxpayer . The Saxe Coburg Gothas were not wealthy when they were were 65thin line to the throne .
They have become billionaires off our backs.

If Charles is paying for Andrew’s security he’s taking it from the millions the taxpayer pays to him for security . We aren’t allowed to know how much it costs annually .

He was known as an absolute tool whilst in the Navy (my bro and cousin were serving there at the time) and his nickname was 'Pinhead'. Doubt he'd have got anywhere without his connections.
I am just chuckling at the thought of him working at B&M though.

If she was still alive, she would have continued to cover as much as she could for him. She paid off his victim. She was a disgusting woman.

On the one hand I wish she was alive to see his downfall and all the trouble. On the other hand, I’m glad she’s dead. One less Andrew protector in the world.

Read Entitled by Andrew Lownie. Long story short... you're very right.

I feel sorry for his daughters. How embarrassing for them; and they have no obligations to their so called ‘mother’. Definitely a reason to go non contact.

I live in a 2 up 2 down and wouldn't want him moving in next door. Would be a nightmare. I guess he can't live in amongst normal people as it would cause too much disruption for them. Maybe a small cottage on a Royal country estate

I don’t think concerns for the locals is a contributing factor!

I do think they are probably concerned he will move abroad and cause untold damage.

The only way he could move abroad is if someone else funded him and the only person who would do that would have a great deal to hide, they’d be buying his silence.
