Fed up hearing the breaking news....Andrew has left royal lodge.
So what, hes moving from one mansion to another. With lakeys waiting to clean the place and people to shop and cook for him. Etc etc.

As if hes going to ever live like us plebs.

And his victims will never get justice

I’ve literally just thought the same thing on hearing the ‘big news’ that he’s moving from one free mansion on a beautiful private estate to another slightly smaller one today. Poor him. Living in an house the rest of us can only dream of as a reward for doing nothing but acting like a total disgrace for most of his life. Hardly a punishment is it. Send him to a little flat on a new build estate and let him fend for himself I would suggest. And even that would be doing him too many favours.
It’s just a nonsense isn’t it. And grossly unjust. To his victims. To the tax payers that fund him indirectly. To anyone with a sense of decency really.
Ive no time for the royals really but if we must have them I harbour some hope that when William gets to wear the hat, the first thing he does is kick his awful uncle out of any royal residences, and stop his allowance.

Meadowfinch · 04/02/2026 08:30

The point is he is moving out of a state owned property. He is now living on the charity of his brother, on the Sandringham estate which is prvately owned, costs us nothing and can hopefully be used as leverage to persuade him to stay out of the public eye.

He should be in prison…

I came on to say this. Where's the police investigation? Anyone else would be getting their hard drive checked.

EmeraldShamrock000 · 04/02/2026 08:32

Totally crazy, but isn’t all of this crazy, when I read Fergie’s note, that no woman leaves with her head, I immediately thought of Princess Diana.

ExtraOnions · 04/02/2026 08:32

For a start he should be in prison

However, someone with his sense of entitlement, will hate it.. no title, no invites, no guest lists, no jettting off, right at the peripheries - I my guess is he will have even less once William inherits

IsawwhatIsaw · 04/02/2026 08:33

He was protected by the Queen until she died. How much was that pay off - ? 10 million?
I suspect he will continue to have an unearned and undeserved life of privilege and excess until he dies.
the family won’t cut him off behind the scenes as he knows too much about them.

Motomum23 · 04/02/2026 08:34

You cant really compare musk though csn you? Him begging to go to a party and NOT being invited is not a crime, just pervy but all men are pervy if they think they'll get away with it.

The king has to provide him with just enough to keep him quiet and in a home so he's not out there trading royal secrets for an income. Just enough to stop him moving abroad and then writing some ghastly book.

EmeraldShamrock000 · 04/02/2026 08:41

It has sullied the Queen, all the work she done, only for her youngest son to destroy her legacy.
Thankfully she isn't here to witness the fall-out .

AInightingale · 04/02/2026 08:41

I just think of Bert Baxter from the Adrian Mole diaries - 'they should all be made to move to council houses in Liverpool'. Poor Liverpool though.

YourWinter · 04/02/2026 08:02

I was saying a small cottage would be an alternative to a 2 up 2 down which wouldn't work. Not that he has moved to one

I don't disagree, but I find it so interesting that those in the Epstein files who are from outside the US are universally condemned, stripped of jobs, titles, face police investigations etc, while those in the US face seemingly no negative effects at all. I don't see Musk or Trump losing anything!

This^

Didn't Sue Townsend write a book about the Royal family being abolished and them having to move to a housing estate? I think it was televised

This.
I don't know what else people expected. The king couldn't boot him out to present as homeless at his local council office or buy him a new build flat or whatever. He would be a target for vigilante attacks for one thing. That might seem like natural justice but while the guy is alive the RF will feel an obligation to him.
I know he has some private fortune he could use to house himself but he has no ongoing income to speak of so couldn't maintain security. Housing him in a privately owned property on RF land is the simplest way to get him out of the valuable crown owned property he was occupying.

She did - the queen and I I think

He is spoilt, entitled and has always had everything handed to him on a silver plate. When you think how hard some people work ,for often less than a 2 up 2 down its a mockery! PC is an honourable man ,who works hard and has done a good job.he must be mortified. With him and Camilla they are a good team .As in Princess Margaret though the "spare"can lose their way a bit.

PC an honourable man? He took the action he did against Andrew as he knew what was coming and hopes no one will dig too deep into his own past. In 1995,, the 'honourable man' wrote a letter supporting Peter Bell who had received a police caution for child sexual offences in 1993. PC was then 44 years old. PC bought a house which Bell then rented. Bell subsequently served time in prison for CSA against young boys.
Spare a thought for Neil Todd who committed suicide as a result of being abused by Bell.
PC was very close to Uncle Dickie, Mountbatten. His sordid history of abuse is slowly but surely being exposed.
Honourable, my backside.

@EmeraldShamrock000
I wish she was here. I wish she could see the monster she created. She covered up and colluded and condoned his behaviour for years.

viques · 04/02/2026 08:46

I think he is lucky he hasn’t been offered a room in a HMO!

He is a very rich man who could easily afford to buy himself a modest and secure property, and pay for cleaners and people to cut his toenails or whatever other little self care things he can’t manage. He really is an entitled pathetic parasite of an excuse for a human being.

Clearinguptheclutter · 04/02/2026 08:46

It’s grim but i understand the king is personally paying, not us

The Queen bears some responsibility for the entitlement and indulgence that he was given. She could have put some boundaries in place around him much sooner.

hellotomrw · 04/02/2026 08:47

He needs to be in a 6x6 prison cell

You need to see the new release, Musk begging Epstein for an invite to the gross parties.

Oh…

I thought he had been in the emails just not engaging with the reference to parties.

I had thought that was strange given Musk’s reputation for partying.

Googling suggests he has a fortune of around £3m and an income of £20k. Of course by normal standards having that kind of fortune makes you rich but it certainly doesn't provide enough security to house and support himself securely for the rest of his life, especially given the hat a target he will be.

EmeraldShamrock000 · 04/02/2026 08:54

I have no doubt that the Queen and others were aware of Andrew.
Elizabeth protected Andrew to protect herself and the crown. They were not smart enough to realise that actions have consequences, even for the victims. RIP Virginia Giuffre. She was 3 years younger than me and she’s dead because of them.

I hope the black cloud of misery stays around the entitled sweaty rat like a cloak of shame.
He should become a recluse. I highly doubt he’ll be prosecuted.

Lol. Although rats actually lack functional sweat glands and so technically cannot sweat - just like the former Prince. ('Entitled' and 'rat' still stand obvs).
