Romesh Ranganathan show with Sally Traffic messing around and just talking all the time and not playing music? I don't want to listen to them chattering away as if there's no audience.

Lisa Tarbuck is so try hard. I’m zany me. I’m quirky. I’ve even got a chuckle I’ll throw in. The music is also super achingly studiously cool. The whole thing makes me cringe inside out. No thank you.

I feel exactly the same way about her. Find her totally unbearable. The forced zany-ness, that annoying false voice and chuckle. All toe curling.

And @RedRec I'm glad it's not just me.

She plays awful music and I always feel like she's talking to a select little group of which I'm not a part if that makes sense.

Then why is Skinner on Saturday mornings... but I'm not surprised I've not noticed because I've avoided them like I've avoided eating from kebab vans...i did it because I was young and stupid...now I know what to avoid

Saturday evening can be a really important time, we're making food and chilling out eating and chatting and there is Liza Tarbuck with her shit music. Its such a shame. We have to put something else on.

Im really enjoying Scott and Vernon at the moment. I like that Vernon can be a bit risqué with his comments and he seems quick and funny. Like he doesn't care if he gets sacked.

Probably the same day I was listening to Vernon Kay and thought he was in a really bad mood. It was awful.

Just caught a few minutes of Vernon this morning and he played a clip of a man playing the guitar who said he did this when he proposed to his wife. Ellie Brennan said she would be sick in her mouth if that happened to her and her and Vernon started laughing. They are a horrible pair of knobs.

Yes I just heard that and it was horrible.

That phrase, 'sick in the mouth' is revolting. I hate it. Not surprised Ellie said that though - she is the type of person who thinks this phrase is funny. Urgh!

Radio 2 is definitely dumbing down when language like this is used. Crass. People could be listening to that whilst eating!

I'm looking for other stations to listen to. Tried Boom this morning but the guy was rambling on about sport so I turned it off. Will give it another go.

FWIW there is a difference between not liking that sort of thing, which I wouldn’t either, and encouraging listeners to send messages about their proposals then laughing about it making them feel sick.

What I hate, particularly SM and VK is when they take something that isn't remotely funny and flog it to death. Like SM was banging on about people doing owl impersonations and it just went on and on and on.

I can't even remember what Friday's knew was but it even continued on to this morning.

Can just about tolerate Sara as I do think she's a nice person and I find Liza very funny.
