How to actually get authorities to take action on benefit frauds

Examples reported and nothing done -

  • someone taking cash in hand for dogs - evidence sent online of cash only sales and also including social media showing lifestyle and purchase
  • someone who is lying that they are single having a partner living at their government address with ring footage available that they live their permanently - also taking cash in hand jobs - evident on footage
  • someone putting their SAHM wife on payroll to reduce income claimed - no work done for the business

These are only 2 of many and nothing is done, I am sick to death of it.

The authorities need to be pro-active instead of re-active when it comes to taking action on benefit fraud. Because it affects all of us, particularly those on benefits who are not committing fraud, who get tarred with the same brush.

Illegal to sell dogs and breed without a license isn't it? Not that they do anything about it, but you can tell the council. E.Health I think are in charge of that bit.

No it’s not illegal to breed and sell dogs as a ‘hobby!’

So many apologists who are in denial at what is going on all the time but they either don't see it, choose not to see it or don't care.

And lots of people who wouldn't have a clue about their neighbours' financial or social circumstances because they have a job and a full life and don't spy on people and mount up "evidence" against them.

As you’re so “knakkared”, why not give yourself a break from being so angry about what you perceive to be other people’s misdeeds? You can choose not to read the Daily Mail and just go about your life peacefully you know. I’d recommend it.
