Why is there even a chance of any of these two remaining here in the UK? They had their chance and ended up doing what they did.

Ok I'll play along ,how is this going to pan out?

Like I said.

And the British men who do this? Do we welcome them back to society because "they have served their sentence?". Or do we deport them too? If so, to where? If not, why?

the problem is not what you think. It's not immigration, it's some men in general. It's some men, and some men only.

But how does anyone differentiate dangerous men from non dangerous men? Beats me

And what do you think we should do with our own rapists, born here? All we can do is imprison them then they’re released into society after serving their sentence. So your comment seems a bit….pointless.

Like I said.

You've said nothing.
The Home office won't fuck this one up anyhow it goes beyond ethnicity .That young girl suffered a horrendous ordeal.
As I said up thread ,these two rancid creatures do their time here then deported and no legal wrangles to stay.

Immigration IS the issue in this case. Because if they hadn't come illegally into the UK then this poor girl wouldnt have been raped.
Too many posters on this trying to downplay this disgusting offence.
And teenagers my arse, they both look in their 20s

Don’t be so naive. Have the Rochdale rapists been deported?

No, they’re claiming every benefit going, using legal aid to stop being deported and laughing at mugs who advocate for them.

I don't know?

Don't be facetious.

This thread isn't about the poor victim.

This thread is about OPs lack of reading comprehension / trying to manufacture outrage by claiming that these awful people won't be deported when things are already in motion to deport them.

Its cheap clickbait at the victims expense. And more than yawn-worthy.

And there’s many immigrants who appeal against being deported. And surprise surprise, many win their appeals. Just because they’re being put forward for deportation, it isn’t cut and dried. It can take years to get rid of them if they appeal unfortunately.

Not sure but one of them has disappeared. Not sure if its the one who was the welfare officer at Rochdale council.......

How naive. You have confidence in the home office? Ha.

Migrants jailed for sexual assault just walk out of prison. Those deported to France come back on the next boat. The ones in Rochdale have never been in deported despite abusing hundreds of girls. Those supposedly attempted to be deported just claim that their kids don’t like chicken nuggets or ice creams or whatever in their home country.

Your naivety is off the scale.

No. Rapists’ human rights are more important than rights of raped girls. Especially if said rapists happens to be an illegal migrant or migrant of any kind.

HeadDeskHeadDesk · 08/12/2025 22:52

I think perhaps it's time we paid to set up prisons in other countries where they can be run on our behalf, because it's much cheaper to run them in those countries. Then all foreign nationals can serve out their sentences there, and automatically be deported when they are released.

Not only are these people are scourge on our society but it costs the taxpayer an arm and a leg to keep them locked up. I'd happily send them all to the sorts of prisons they could expect in the countries they came from.

Then there would be space in British prisons for British nationals and we could focus on making standards better.

No I'm not being Naive things need to change commit serious crime you're out the current delays appeals when caught bang to rights cannot go on but it has to be a fair process so appeals can't go on for years.

Our prisons are maxed out, so I agree they shouldn’t be imprisoned here at our expense. And Labour seem to like the idea of letting them out willy nilly, so we’re never sure if they even serve any time. As soon as they’re convicted here, they should be deported immediately to the country they originate from.

Do you believe that there is a problem with migrant sex crime in this country? Do you think that there is a problem here? Or do you believe that people calling out what’s right in front of them are simply racist?

Timeforabitofpeace · 08/12/2025 23:07

There is a problem with sex crime full stop. It’s not about migrants.

Some are raised with legitimate concerns others have an agenda to use these situations as a vehicle for their own ends.

The prison situation in the UK could be solved by deporting the 10,000 foreign inmates.
Plenty of room then for our own crims

IvyOrangesCandles · 08/12/2025 23:11

How were they allowed in ? What risk assessment was made when they are coming from a society with an extremely skewed version of women ?
What questions and assessments where made ?

None. They just get waved in and straight to a hotel, a bed, 3 meals a day, pocket money and allowed to roam freely among us.
No bloody wonder the rest of the world are laughing at us 😡

Stop Gaslighting.

No one is falling for that anymore.

Barbaramcnairyouregonnalovemybaby · 08/12/2025 23:33

There have been too many incidents including murder and perhaps detention centres and deportation would put many off of coming here.
But on the flip side the select few won't want it to end as in hotel contracts are making a few very wealthy.

Timeforabitofpeace · 08/12/2025 23:43

“ The boys pleaded guilty to rape at an earlier hearing.
The court sentenced Jahanzeb, who has been served with deportation papers due to his age at the time of his guilty plea, to a youth detention term of 10 years and eight months.

Niazal was sentenced to nine years and 10 months. As he was 16 at the time of the guilty plea, the judge invited the government to recommend deportation.

The pair will start their sentences at a young offender institution and move to prison at a later date. They were also made to sign the sex offender register for life and given an indefinite restraining order.”

quote from Guardian article today.

They are 17?!? Pull the other one! Who on earth has done an age assessment, what does it consist of exactly? Just asking them how old they are??

That might have something to do with them being British Citizens, but don't let the truth get in the way of your rhetoric . . .

I suspect age assessments are carried out in compliance with the law governing this area - The Immigration (Age Assessments) Regulations 2024
