We found a secret room in our house, picture included

I've seen these threads before and thought how on earth did you not know! How big must your house be to have a secret room.
Our house is not massive, 4 bed, normal size not really old or anything.
But there's a super creepy room. Hidden at the back of the loft, It's got carpet, wall paper and even spot lights! And a director's chair... just sitting in the middle of it! It's weird.

How do you get into it, @Ohwhatswrong ?

I have dreams where I find an extra room in the house. But it’s usually less creepy than this.

A pull down ladder for the loft and then it's right at the back with half wall to climb over into the room.

Well, they obviously didn't get professionals in to do the wallpaper! Didn't it show up on the house plans? Though now I think about it I haven't been to the end of our attic as its just storage , so have no idea about the far end. Maybe I should send DH up to have a look . Abandoned chair! Get rid of that. Any chance there's a connection for internet or cable in the "room". Porn, gambling etc away from the family?

I moved into a rented flat years ago, it was massive and there was a locked door in the hallway that nobody could open/get into. My husband finally did and it was filled full of dead cannabis plants.

I'm intrigued to know how a survey wouldn't have brought it up🧐, or at least the plan of the layout of the house (dimensions/sizes of rooms). I know every inch of our attic, and it's an old house.

This is the chair your neighbour sits on to wank whilst peeping at you in the bathroom using the periscope hidden in the downlights. Or not.

It wouldn’t creep me out, I’d be so happy! I’ve always wanted a secret room. It’s one of my recurring dreams that I find one wherever I’m living but it’s never happened.
