To want a South American husband

Bored of dating. Just thinking how great it would be to ship in or import some sort of instant husband like via Amazon. Obviously they would have to consent too lol. No terrible unrealistic expectations nor would they need to be anything other than reliable, friendly and a bit of a laugh.
I wouldn’t even care if he had affairs.
Who would you marry if you had the choice? I’m going through a bit of a reggaeton phase hence the fetishisation of Latino men, I know it’s appalling. But I also think they would make good husbands. Plus be good looking.

Latin American men are great to date: attentive, romantic, charming. But every single marriage between a Latin American man and a European woman faces huge difficulties because Latin American men are brought up with the idea that their wife should be a combination of mother, madonna, housekeeper, siren, nanny, babysitter etc and never be seen with a single hair out of place. Once they marry they create a vacancy for a girlfriend.

Marriages between Latin American women and European men on the other hand tend to work well as however awful the man he is never as bad as a Latin American man.

Why not?

Cha Eun Woo is one of the most beautiful men alive imo. I first saw him in True Beauty and he made me swoon! No one has made me swoon in a long time 😂Also like Hwang In Yeop in that show. I think it’s also because they’re so protective over their women. I know I shouldn’t say it as an independent woman! But it’s romantic to watch.

I have one of those nationalities and he really is a good one.

I dated a couple of South American men (for a couple of years each). One slept with my best friend and was surprised I was angry about it and the other thought I was his servant. In fact the first one also thought that.
The sex was wonderful. The men very gorgeous. Their attitude was appalling. Do it for fun, but use contraception !!

Oh I agree. He is stunning! And Hwang In Yeop has such a unique face, I thought very feline and beautiful. I like beautiful men rather than rugged ones. It’s a taste that has significantly changed for me over the years.

I had holiday flings in my youth with a Mexican and a Brazilian. Very handsome, very charming, oh those accents. Sigh.

A friend imported an Argentinian, and that has worked well; still happily married nearly two decades later. None of negative stereotypes and all of the positive ones, in his case.

Despite my early flirtations with Latin Americans, it was always going to be Northern Europe for me. Although that time a friend asked DH if he was my “cut price Morten Harket” still makes me 🫣
