Hairdresser won't accept fault

I've shown her my hair and how the cut looks like indepdent layers. Everything was just fine to her and this is how layers are supposed to be....

I called her this morning and she didn't even need to know my name. It was like she knew it was bad. She didn't ask for photos or ask me to come up, just said that's how layers are.

Even when I went in for a refund than she didn't want to see my hair, I suggested it. I showed her how it looks like layers and not blended, choppy.

It was a local place. Silly me. Thought a hair cut is easy.

She also said my highlights needed redoing .. weird...

So what is it you’re asking here? She’s refunded, hasn’t apologised so don’t go there again, but you don’t want to go elsewhere to rectify as it will be shorter. Everyone’s agreed it looks awful … not much more to be said 🤷🏻‍♀️

You asked for that hair to be cut off though, not like she’s cut too much off, it’s just been done badly and will grow out after a few months.

You don't have to worry about the refund as its already happened.
