Amanda Holden's daughter is now a model Amanda is whinging saying that no-one should call her a nepo baby, she earned her modelling contract by herself The kid is a nepo baby sorry 😭😭😭 - but what's so wrong with that?! Just own it. Amanda bringing attention to it has just made it worse imo Yanbu - the kid is a nepo baby Yabu - the kid isnt a nepo baby and achieved this contract all by herself, no-one should ever call her a nepo baby ever!

If I were an absolute talent vacuum like Amanda I would be counting my lucky stars I was still being employed, not grumbling about being able to give my child a leg up thanks to it. Most people would love to be able to help give their kid a head start. Then as a PP indicated, they sink or swim on merit, a la Brooklyn.
Amanda and Alesha sat judging other people's talent is just a piss take.

(I don't know enough about Louis to comment on whether he can dance or not, before anyone says I'm just slagging the women. I'm prepared to believe he is winging it too!)

It's not compulsory to comment though, particularly on young women at the start of their journey. There's enough misogyny in the world and people attacking women...don't add to it.

of course she’s a nepo baby, much better to own it. Toby Tarrant owns it in a hilarious way.

dh is a tradesman. He went into it as he was around the business because of his dad being in the same trade. Made contacts, got work experience. His grandad was also in the same trade. All technically nepotism. When your around the business you make contacts, you live and breathe it accidentally. Our kids know all sorts about the trade as a result, because of the overheard conversations etc. its not a bad thing, but it does give you a head start

I think there is quite a lot of negativity here. My great grandma was an artist, my grandpa was an artist, my mum was an artist. (I mean, think greetings cards - we're not famous! ) im not an artist but I have it as a side line thing and have had some shows. Its nothing to do with my family but more that I.have inherited quite a lot of artistic genes so i can draw and paint quite easily. She's pretty. Shes inherited pretty genes. Why the hell wouldnt she use that?

How tall is she? Looks like she is about the same height as her mum (5’4” ish?) in which case no, she wouldn't get proper modelling work.

But they can say their child isn't a nepo baby, they might even believe it, but as there's no control group they can't say for certain. Unless they've also got a child who has never been seen with them, whose name is not known to the public and who was adopted and brought up by another family who has had a similar degree of success, they can never say for definite that their child has had no advantages because of its parents.

Definitely a nepo baby. She’s not even attractive imo. She’s got a piggy face. Amanda Holden wasn’t attractive when she was young either (i.e. before money!).
